I have been taking Mary Ruth Multivitamin for a couple of years now. It has all that you need for a daily dose. If you look at the label you will see the many vitamins that are included in a single dose. I will continue to take Mary Ruth Multivitamin and I'm especially glad that I can buy it from Sam's Club.

Good deal , plus gives you a great shot of energy to my surprise. I’m 41, it’s hard to find a quality vitamin with a decent price. The level of energy it brought me was equal to me drinking an unhealthy amount of caffeine ( or an energy drink) but without the terrible side effects . It’s important to invest in a good quality vitamin. This vitamin is it. Cost me 34 something dollars for 2 bottles . Approximately 17 something for one bottle. You walk into vitamin shop you pay over 20 bucks for one bottle. I was so excited to see it at Sam’s club, bc I’ve seen it before at the vitamin shop for approximately 20 something dollars.

Great for my elderly husband. He had a stroke which affected his swallowing ability for pills so this is a great example of how to get his vitamins into his daily routine.

This vitamin has been a game changer in terms of my energy. I noticed a difference in just a week, the taste is pleasant too and I absolutely hate liquid medicine/vitamins. Though it’s better when it’s refrigerated!

I love this product. I wish you sold the one that has the multivitamins and hair growth all in one jar.

I have these vitamins every morning. I noticed a higher energy level. The taste is not that bad. And I think it works for me.

I'm sure all the vitamins in this mix are great for me but the taste is gross. This doesn't taste like raspberry at all. It's tastes like medicine I used to take as a kid.

Great Vitamin brand… terrible taste. You aren’t buying this liquid vitamin because it taste like kool aide. You are buying it because it is a great brand the absorbs very well. It taste like what I think high fructose corn syrup taste like with the consistency or karo syrup. Will I continue to take and and rebuy it??? Yes, it is quality and gives me what I need after bariatric surgery …. Will I enjoy it???? Heck No, it taste terrible.

I would recommend checking with your doctor first or preparing for the potential of stomach issues. This made both my husband and I ill even though we followed all the instructions. He started taking it before I did and was complaining about his stomach. I didn’t connect the dots until I also started taking it and having issues. Dr said stop after a few days because this was the only change! Couldn’t give it more time or just hope to stop feeling that way. I’ve taken multivitamins pills and a variety of other supplements for years without issues. Stomach is still grumbling from this, hoping it clears up soon.
