From my experience, this is the only vitamin I’ve ever seen work. I take it daily in the morning. When I’m consistent with it, baby hairs start to grow out. No other vitamin has done that for me! I couldn’t believe it because I also have thin hair. When I stopped taking it for a while I seen the difference. To me the price is honestly worth it. The only part that worries me is it makes your pee really bright so I just make sure to flush it out. But if you’re looking for something to thicken and grow your hair out, this one is worth a try!

I’ve been buying Mary Ruth’s Liquid Morning vitamins directly from the company since it’s inception I was THRILLED to see it at my local Sam’s Club so I could purchase it without the added cost of shipping. You’d think the product would be the same, However, it has a maple syrup flavor. I don’t know if the vitamins are just as good or not but I hate the taste and I’m not sure why the company would make a different product to sell at a store. It doesn’t make sense..

What a Difference! I wish I could do a subscription for this, I’d do it in a heartbeat. I bought this a month ago. I have so many autoimmune issues, that I stay in bed a lot. For My Body I take this in the morning, shortly after that I can feel my body come alive. Love It!! ❤️

I would recommend checking with your doctor first or preparing for the potential of stomach issues. This made both my husband and I ill even though we followed all the instructions. He started taking it before I did and was complaining about his stomach. I didn't connect the dots until I also started taking it and having issues. Dr said stop after a few days because this was the only change! Couldn't give it more time or just hope to stop feeling that way. I've taken multivitamins pills and a variety of other supplements for years without issues. Stomach is still grumbling from this, hoping it clears up soon.

I can't speak about what it does or doesn't do. I do like the idea but d liquid vs capsules, and I feel the two bottles is priced very well. I read the reviews and that's how I decided to try it. You do have to refrigerate it once you open it so I recommend only opening one bottle at a time and you should use one bottle. I think it said within six months so if you go through it before that I'm not sure a family of more than one. You're probably using too much. I will say I'm not a fan of the flavor it's raspberry, but that's kind of a weird muted taste, but it's not the worst thing I've had so I probably will wash it down with water and some juice afterwards.

I appreciate that it's not sweetened with sugar or artificial sweeteners. The taste was fine and it really helped with energy throughout the day. The first bottle was good, but when I went to open the second bottle its foil seal was extended under pressure. Ever since we started the second bottle both my husband and I have experienced stomach issues. There's definitely some quality control issues that need to be addressed by this company
