Wonderful product! I have been taking this for over 6 months and it seems to have helped me with energy, nail growth, and hair strength.

I have seen many online reviews/ads for this product and decided to give it a try. There are definitely pros/cons. I do not take this daily because some of the amounts exceed the daily recommendations by such a large amount that I decided to take them every other day. Perhaps this is why I'm not seeing any major changes/improvements but I still don't see a reason to take 500 percent of certain B vitamins or 1000% DV of biotin. The taste is tolerable, I don't feel a need to mix it with anything but I can't say it tastes like raspberry at all and it does remind me of cough syrup. I do like that it's in liquid form for people who have difficulty with pills. I'm not sure if I would purchase it again but I do plan to finish what I bought.

Should come with a precise measurement cup or something, doesn’t taste awesome, but not too bad. Otherwise works as expected.

I LOVE Mary Ruths Liquid multivitamin and was excited to see it back at Sams. This flavor is not great, but it's just a swig a day and worth it.

I'm sure all the vitamins in this mix are great for me but the taste is gross. This doesn't taste like raspberry at all. It's tastes like medicine I used to take as a kid.
