I absolutely LOVED giving this vitamin to my daughter as well as myself each morning however one day last week it fell out of the refrigerator (was on the third shelf) and I just about lost the rest of what was left. I was so sad and cannot wait to eventually get another bottle as I looked forward to that burst of energy and hair growth we got from it as well as the overall health.

Love this Multi. I prefer to do liquid due to bioavailability but also hate swallowing big pills. The Raspberry is my favorite, I have tried the essentials also, but did not care for the flavors, so I have been doing the raspberry and also add lemon VitK. Thanks for making this product.

The morning multivitamin has a pleasant taste. It's very effective for energy throughout the day. I've noticed my nails are stronger and hair is fuller. I have also noticed my blood pressure increases. Therefore I lessen the dosage which normalizes my b.p.

I purchased this for many reasons but mainly because I have a autoimmunedisease that kills all energy levels. I always feel tired. May hair is dry and falling out and wanted a vitamin that was all natural thatceiuod impact my system positively. I’ve been using just a couple of weeks but can tell the difference. I don’t feel like a need to lay down or rest as much.

I honestly love my liquid vitamins. I have never taken a liquid vitamin until now. But I must say it’s so easy. I haven’t skipped a day yet. I was always a bit of a slacker about taking a vitamin every day but having it in the refrigerator is so easy. One quick swig and I’m done for the day!!

Love it! I was tired of trying to take OTC vitamins and trying new brands, they would always make me nauseated even with food. With the liquid vitamin , I am able to take it on an empty stomach, it has decent taste, and has given me a much need boost of energy for the day.

I think this multi has made a major different in my daily life. I feel like my body is nourished and I feel more alert and I would say not even as hungry in the mornings. Meaning I'm not starving before breakfast when I let my vitamin be the first thing. I'm grateful for this find.

On my second bottle. I have celiac and was told by my doctor I needed a multi vitamin. She recommended Mary Ruth’s. The vitamins I purchased over the counter I could not take. I’m very sensitive to meds/vits. Glad I am able to take these products.
