This is easy to mix into a smoothie in the morning and with some almond milk at night but it is a lot sweeter than I planned. I will however continue to purchase both the morning and evening multivitamin. Liquid supplements are so much easier to take than the pills but hard to find so I am thrilled to have found these items. I have also purchased the liquid B Complex and Liquid Probiotic which I take in the morning and I have noticed more energy. Love all of these products!

I'm not sure this is the same formula I purchased the first time, I don't feel the same energy as I did with the first bottle and have been taking it consistently since finishing the old bottle. I'll give it more time, but it shouldn't be a difference

I'm a mother to two under the age of three and have a noticeable difference in energy after taking the recommended 2 T. every morning for the past three weeks. I haven't really changed anything else and, in fact, have been waking up even a little earlier (not by choice!), and still have all-day energy. Highly recommend!!

I love what the company stands for and I am trying to put the vitamins in a shake or something else but I truly do not like the taste of the raspberry flavor and it is thicker than I expected. I wouldn't order again but may try another vitamin in the future.

I have picky eaters, and I wish I could get my kiddos to eat the recommended amount of fruits and veggies in a day but I can't. I noticed my teen daughter having a lack of energy and I knew it was because she doesn't get enough nutrients from her diet. I started giving the multivitamin to both of my kids (10 & 15 yrs) two weeks ago and already notice a difference in their energy levels. I put the liquid multivitamin in 2 ounces of juice and they drink it in the morning. It doesn't taste horrible, but it isn't delicious. I suggest giving it to your kids in a small amount of juice. The multivitamin comes in a huge bottle and will last us a long time, which I love because I felt like I was constantly buying multiple different kinds of supplements and vitamins before we switched to this. This will save me money over time. I love that this is a multivitamin. Previously I had all of their vitamins and supplements lined up in the morning for them to take, and it was too much. Now they get it all in one shot. I have them take the Mary Ruth probiotic and this multivitamin, and that is it! I add the liquid probiotic to the multivitamin and voila they are done with their vitamins and supplements for the day. I highly recommend!

This is my third liquid vitamin I’ve tried and it’s definitely the best (both in ingredients and taste.) I love that there’s no sugar and it’s gluten free. I have GERD, and other liquid vitamins have triggered my reflux, but that has not been the case with this product. I combined this with Mary Ruth’s liquid zinc and have noticed an improvement in my energy levels. I will be buying both again.

I love pretty much everything I’ve ordered except this. The taste is strange to me. My first thought is “too sweet” but not sure that’s the worst part or not. Taste does not sit well with me and gives me an upset stomach. Cannot drink this.

We recently started using the liquid morning vitamin. It’s tastes great! My 9 year old son takes it without hesitation. My 2 year old daughter always says “yummy!” when she’s done taking it. I love that I can use the same supplement for all of us and just adjust the dosages accordingly. I look forward to using this indefinitely and discovering the changes it brings to our health!

packaging was great, not a ton of waste! The bottle is very big! I got the raspberry flavor and it smells just like that. When I poured for the first time, I was a little surprised by the thickness, but for no particular reason, that fact didn't make me like it any more or less. Taste is a tad medicinal, but cannot complain, it is very tolerable! Overall, I like it as much as I thought I would and I am very happy with my purchase! So glad I found this lovely company!

We were expecting a liquid, but it is more like a gel. It definitely needs to be in a juice to go down which is a little disappointing if you don’t want to have juice every morning. Over all flavor and quality seems good though. Not sure if I’ll get again or not.
