I was already a fan of the coconut dream and was reluctant to try pineapple but it tastes great. Not too sweet and really smooth. It helps me relax before bed which is great because sometimes I have trouble falling asleep. I am happy with the results.

I really like the raspberry flavor. I definitely feel more energized. I have never stuck to a vitamin regimen because I get sick of “handfuls of pills”, but I can see this being part of my long term regular routine for sure! It’s so easy to take straight up or add to my morning smoothie. Thank you!

I will start off by saying this product is certainly an acquired taste. But after a few days you get used to it and it doesn't even taste off to me anymore. As soon as I started using this product I had a burst of energy that I have never had before! I've tried several vitamins on the market and this is by the far the safest with the most vitamins included. I also love that it promotes healthy skin as well. I will never not buy Mary Ruth's Organics!

Typically with vitamins in pill form I’ll take them for a day or two and then forget. Mainly I think I “forget” because I absolutely gag when I have to swallow pills, and just despise the thought of them. They also make me feel very nauseous. To the point I’ll get body sweats and need to lay down. The morning multi has changed my life. I don’t mind taking it at all. In fact I like taking it…I think the consistency and color are very pleasing. The taste is lightly flavored, I got Raspberry, with a mild vitamin taste. Nothing bad at all. I look forward to keeping my health strong with the help of Mary Ruth’s as I head into my 40’s

Bought into the hype got this for my son as a multivitamin instead of the gummies they say aren’t that great . Gave it too him he said ewe then I tried it and I agree I couldn’t expect a young person nor myself to drink this even for the health benefits .

It is probably impossible to pinpoint the effects of any vitamin, but I’m pretty sure this one is having an effect on me. I feel better overall, generally have more energy, and have been losing weight paired with exercise and healthy eating, something I’ve struggled to nail for a while. I think this vitamin is helping fill in the gaps for me better than any I’ve tried before. It’s pricy so I don’t know if I can always take it regularly, but if it works, it may be worth it!

I enjoyed the morning multivitamin. My daughter wasn’t a fan of the raspberry but we could easily add some o.j. and she was fine. Sadly, I can’t say how it works that well because after a week and a half of having it our fridge broke down and we lost it and the nighttime minerals. I will be ordering again though.

This is an odd review 😂😓I have been taking Mary Ruth Organice for 3 months now. I have noticed more energy, better skin, hair, and nails, and less digestive issues. My nails have always been so brittle and constantly breaking. I could never let them grow even to the tip of my nail bed. Now they are long and strong. So strong in fact that I accidentally scratched myself and it literally cut through my skin. One, ow! Two, I am amazed?! If my nail pushed against my skin or anything before it would have just bent… now it cuts like talons! I have to file my nails every few days.

My sister and I have been looking for a reliable vegan multivitamin after years of taking solid pills that always left us feeling that classic “vitamin belly”. We’ve been taking this for a little over two weeks now and it’s so gentle and good. I take it on an empty stomach each morning and I’ve actually found that it help my appetite. No yucky upset tummy at all. Thank you so much for this product❤️

The quality of this product seems great & I love that it is in liquid form for my one year old who can’t chew vitamins yet. I am having a hard time getting her to take it from a spoon but we are working on it. (She just wants to take the spoon herself & it spills everywhere)
