I wasn’t a firm Believer in vitamins. I would take them, but not consistently. I saw a couple of my friends use Mari Ruth and I decided to give it a try, given I haven’t been at the top of my health lately. I started noticing a difference within a week. Combining this with the zinc and the liquid probiotics has definitely changed my life and I feel good and have energy for the rest of the day. I have been recommending this to all of my family and friends given that it is organic, vegan, tastes good, and has all the necessary vitamins and minerals that we require. I am going to start giving this to my toddler as well!

I’ve been an extremely picky eater my entire life and worry about getting all my vitamins. Many supplements that I have tried either have an unbearable flavor or upset my stomach. These vitamins taste great and I’ve had no issues with them! The night time one definitely helps me sleep a lot better!

I am doing the AIP diet for Hashimoto’s, and there are a few things in the ingredients that I typically stay away from, but I wanted to give this a try. I’m not sure if it is a specific vitamin or one of the additives, but I felt off while taking this. I am going to try again but with half the dose.

I really enjoyed the liquid morning & night vitamins but we lost power in Connecticut due to the storm, our power was out for 2 weeks and it was so hard to find ice to preserve the vitamins and they got spoiled! :( The raspberry taste was interesting but I definitely felt healthy & more energized. I still have the collagen gummies and I love them. Grateful for a company to have such pure ingredients & good intentions. Will purchase more vitamins in the future.

Im so sorry, I otherwise love your products and your company, but I have a problem that effects almost everything I take, including RX's, and that is I grow a quick tolerance to them, and that's what's happened with your vitamin. I also have another problem, very thin membranes in nose. Any vitamin or food or RX that has blood thinning properties causes my nose to bleed. My nose started bleeding a few days after I started your vitamins. I learned that MSM is a blood thinner. Darn! And they tasted so good, too!

I knew from the minute I took the first spoonful of the Liquid Morning Multivitamin that my body loved it. I've previously always felt a little nauseous and repulsed by my multivitamins but this one goes down very easily. I love that you can take it either with food or on an empty stomach. Excellent product that I truly feel has improved my overall health!

We are not really a "vitamin " family so to speak. I had weight loss surgery and needed a good multi vitamin , they all hurt my stomach so I avoided them. I knew I needed to find something and came across this and never looked back. Even my husband who refuses acknowledge were getting old has confessed that he feels better and can tell a difference. I've never been able to feel good on multivitamin pills or gummed but knew that even despite a healthy and varied diet, I need some added vitamins and minerals on a daily basis. It took about a week for this stuff to take effect but it's amazing. I have so much energy, feeling happy and just overall better. I was a little skeptical at first but I highly recommend! Just give it a try!

This stuff is great. It's easy to remember to take in the morning. I take mine with breakfast and the Mary Ruth's probiotic. It tastes decent as well! My only complaint is that it HAS to be refrigerated. That's kind of a bummer if you need to travel or take a weekend. It's hard to take a huge bottle with you to go anywhere these days.

I’ve been taking these for about four months now. I love them!! Vitamins are hard for me to take as they mostly upset my stomach. Especially when I take them in the morning. These I can take on an empty stomach with no problem. I will continue to take these along with the night minerals.
