After testing positive for alpha gal, with months of horrible symptoms, I needed to find a clean vitamin supplement. I heard about this vitamin through my favorite YouTuber. I am so glad I that I purchased this. I can already feel a difference in my body! I am gaining energy and am starting to feel so much better!

I have a difficult time digesting vitamins in pill form. Finally found a liquid version that I have no GI issues with! The taste is great and I absolutely love the consistent energy I have throughout the day. If I miss a day, I can feel the difference. I am sold!

so far i am liking Mary Ruth's vitamins. I purchase the am and pm liquid vitamins. they both have not disagreed with me. I take the am on an empty stomach and the night 1/2 hr before going to bed. The night vitamin makes me feel relaxed and sleepy. I also have been giving to my husband and kids and they all seem to be ok with it.

This is the only multi I’ve tried that noticeably makes me feel better and the raspberry is so tasty! I always ran into supplements not absorbing well, but this stuff is gold and starts my energy off each day. I was even able to stop buying other costly supplements (amino acids and a few other basic vitamins) since this formula actually incorporates everything I need into the perfect multi. I switched from the Women's Organic Multivitamin Liposomal in Vanilla Peach and I definitely enjoy the flavor of the peach more. Also the topper on the peach bottle is so much easier to use than the open top on this one. All that being said I do have my very picky 8 year old taking this and he is able to get down.

Easy and tolerable taste but going to try a different flavor next time, probably fruit punch will be easier flavor on the pallet if ya know what i mean. Helps keep my energy going and easy on my sensitive stomach i can even take on empty stomach and im fine! Helps my digestive system stay regular.

I have trouble swallowing pills due to having a lap band. I also need vitamins for the same reason.
