Probably my favorite product of Mary Ruth’s that I’ve tried so far! Tastes great and after a few weeks of using it, I definitely noticed a difference in my energy, my hair and my nails. I’m looking forward to trying the formula with the hair growth to see further results.

This stuff is great. It's easy to remember to take in the morning. I take mine with breakfast and the Mary Ruth's probiotic. It tastes decent as well! My only complaint is that it HAS to be refrigerated. That's kind of a bummer if you need to travel or take a weekend. It's hard to take a huge bottle with you to go anywhere these days.

My family and I are so grateful for finding Mary Ruth! My kids were talking gummies (another brand) but deep down it didn't set well with me...that it really wasn't good for them. It's so very hard to find a really good multivitamin with REAL INGREDIENTS!!! Not full of sugar and synthetics ingredients. That shows she really cares! As they went to their doctor visit....they were lacking in certain vitamins. That let me know right there that I needed to find something better for us. I started taking the liquid morning vitamin 2 weeks ago. The taste is great. I believe that it’s giving me more energy which is great! I think that I’ll try out the liquid Nighttime multi mineral to assist with sleep. Looking forward to trying other supplements from Mary Ruth’s. I also purchased the liquid probiotic. I can’t really tell if it’s working as I haven’t been regular while taking it and I still bloat a little bit I will give it more time.

I am a person who does not like to swallow pills. I, of course do it when I have to but with Mary Ruth Organics I have another option!!! I actually enjoy taking my "vitamins" now. I love the Mary Ruth Organics and have been taking them since my sister turned me on to the Day Time Liquid vitamins. I take morning and night multi liquid vitamins. This brand is great.

So I am on the fence about this, I like that it’s not another pill to take. Multivitamin could never be taken on an empty stomach or you get vitamin burps for hours. I would end up forgetting because I had to eat first to not upset my stomach. Liquid vitamin is easy on the stomach. I believe I am on the 4th or 5th bottle so far, I just realized lately I wasn’t taking enough, 1 TBSP instead of 2! This last bottle however is extra sweet, it kinda reminds me of taking cough syrup which I don’t like. I have always thought they ran on the sweet side, but this last bottle is very sweet. It makes me a little leery having something so sweet first thing in the morning, even though it’s sugar free, will my body still think it’s sugar? I wish they weren’t sooo sweet. I feel the same about the liquid IRON by Mary Ruth and the hair liposomal, that was like drinking Carmel syrup. I try to stay away from sugar- so maybe this is why it taste “extra” to me, I don’t know.

I love these vitamins. I have been taking them for over a year. I have had my 14 year old son on them for about 8 months now. He suddenly hit a huge growth spurt-after all this time being the smallest in his class. They give energy, easy to digest, taste great, and well worth the money. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I was amazed at how quickly I received the product even after making a slight error with my address for shipping. I was a little hesitant to purchase liquid vitamins this way but our local supplier no longer handled liquid vitamins. I also worried about the taste. My daughter has had significant reconstructive oral surgery and is not able to tolerate pills. I had a hard time finding a liquid vitamin she liked and then it was gone. But, thankfully I found Mary Ruth's. The raspberry flavor mixes well with orange juice and i have no problems getting my daughter to drink it. Can't say she loves it but she doesn't hate it.

I have tried a bottle for a month, and I can see significant difference on my overall health: better focus, better skin/hair/nail, and with pumping energy throughout the day. The best part is you can take it on empty stomach. It has flavors, and easy to swallow since it is liquid. This will be my only brand for my supplements going forward! Highly recommended!

I do not know whether I can attribute it to the vitamins, but I am feeling well and sleeping better. I was hoping to lose some weight by lessening cravings, but no such luck... :) There is a not-so-pleasant aftertaste, but vitamins have their own flavor and it's hard to mask it. The liquid form hopefully aids absorption, so I feel like I'm getting my money's worth and not losing vitamins in the digestion process.
