I do not like the taste of vitamins, so I trepidatious in ordering liquid vitamins. I saw these on MWH and she likes them so I gave them a try. They taste like mango juice. I don't mind them at all, they do not upset my stomach and I have felt better since starting on them.

My sister is a P.A. and she encouraged me to try these vitamins. I have not taken a daily vitamin since I was a kid (I'm 25 now). I am someone who has a terrible immune system. If someone is sick around me, I will most likely get sick. I am also iron deficient and just overall don't ever feel great. It doesn't taste like candy but it's also super easy to take. I have a very sensitive stomach and this has never give me a gut ache at all. I highly recommend this to my family and friends. It's funny that I got an email to leave a review because I was thinking this morning about how good I was sleeping and feeling and my thoughts are that it is this vitamin.

I take advantage of your Amazon’s sale and was great purchase too. Then , about the product la all of them are very useful in my body . Good taste all of them specially the multivitamin and gummies too. I definitely increased my energy ,once I take it . What I can say is that I’ll keeping purchasing your products @Mary Ruth’s.

Been taking these morning multivitamin for a few months now and I can honestly say these vitamins changed my life! I have so much energy now and my body feels great,it was such a dramatic difference vs the other brand vitamins I use to take. Even my boyfriend noticed a huge change in my energy levels since using mary ruth! I recommend these to all my family and friends!

I had really high hopes for this product. The vitamin and mineral content was much lower than the multi tab I normally take. The flavor was nauseating, and I have a very high tolerance for medicinal tastes. I mean, pinch your nose bad. I mixed it with cranberry juice, which was actually delicious, but rough on my stomach. Definitely not purchasing again

I absolutely love this vitamin and so does my husband. After three days he said, “I feel great!”. It tastes like a vitamin but better. I don’t mind that it’s a little thicker than expected. I like that there’s no hidden ingredients, no sugar, no dyes, no gluten, it’s vegan and non-gmo. The spectrum that it covers is so vast! I’m just impressed with the overall quality of this product. It’s amazing!

I had high hopes for this product. Looking for a quality vitamin for my almost adult teens, but they couldn't get past the taste. We tried mixing it with a variety of juices, but it still wasn't happening. Everything else about it was great from ordering to shipping, etc.

I love this product! As a caregiver of an elderly couple, their daughter had me giving it to them. After reading the ingredients I decided to try it. I'm on my third bottle & OMG I feel amazing! I also give it to my 20 year old son who has autism. I've notice so many positive changes in his behavior. I absolutely love her products. They have helped me so much in so many ways. The sleep product is also a great vitamin supplement for better sleep. I myself prefer the Coconut over the Pineapple. Just my opinion. Thank you for such great products Mary Ruth.
