Still finishing up the fruit punch liquid vitamins; haven't started the raspberry flavor one yet. My digestion and gut never felt so good! I take two tablespoons in the morning on an empty stomach. I can feel the difference as I go about my day. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I do not care for the taste or texture of this multivitamin, neither have I experienced any health benefits. Perhaps I got a bad batch? I am hoping to get a full refund for this product. However, I was incredibly satisfied by the probiotic and would recommend that to anyone.

I feel like Mary Poppins when I pour these liquid vitamins into a spoon every morning, which brings me enough small joy that I remember to take them every day. And feel so much better for it, they work so well. I really do feel a difference and I feel like I've tried everything. I've fallen in love and ordered one of every flavor. I'm sticking with these vitamins as long as they make them -- as a person with a lot of health issues it's not easy to find vitamins *without* all the things that don't work for me, but with all the things that do. Thank you thank you!!

I bought this on a recommendation to help with shedding hair but it’s done so much more! The energy I’ve gotten since taking this supplement has been amazing!! I take on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and it doesn’t bother me- I have a crazy sensitive stomach. The taste isn’t great but it’s not horrible. I got the fruit punch.

My eye doctor commented a year ago that my vision had improved, she stated that has never happened to her knowledge, I attribute this to my taking the Morning Liquid Vitamin over the prior years. I've since put my fiancee/near future wife on the same regimen.

I’m 82 yrs old and was unhappy taking pills. So, when my daughter introduced me to your liquid vitamins I tried them. I was so pleased with this way of taking vitamins. I spoke to her about getting these vitamins on a monthly bases and that was when she set me up with your sight. I than added the probiotic which I also am pleased with. I would like to know if you have any vitamins to help the memory. As I’m 82 and looking forward the retaining my memory (which at this time not to bad). I have what we call *senior moments*. I'm so glad I ordered this. I have never been able to digest vitamins in pill-form. The liquid form is much more tolerable - I don't get sick at all. Plus, it tastes good, and I look forward to taking it everyday! I haven't missed a day yet. I feel much more energized too.

This is my second order of these liquid vitamins. I wasn't completely sure about them on my first order, but after about three weeks of taking them I am convinced these are great for me! I definitely have more energy, especially in the morning when I sometimes felt sluggish. And I am not a coffee drinker, so lack of caffeine was not the issue. Also, I have noticed a definite improvement in my nails! These will be on re-order from now going forward!

I love what the company stands for and I am trying to put the vitamins in a shake or something else but I truly do not like the taste of the raspberry flavor and it is thicker than I expected. I wouldn't order again but may try another vitamin in the future.

I have picky eaters, and I wish I could get my kiddos to eat the recommended amount of fruits and veggies in a day but I can't. I noticed my teen daughter having a lack of energy and I knew it was because she doesn't get enough nutrients from her diet. I started giving the multivitamin to both of my kids (10 & 15 yrs) two weeks ago and already notice a difference in their energy levels. I put the liquid multivitamin in 2 ounces of juice and they drink it in the morning. It doesn't taste horrible, but it isn't delicious. I suggest giving it to your kids in a small amount of juice. The multivitamin comes in a huge bottle and will last us a long time, which I love because I felt like I was constantly buying multiple different kinds of supplements and vitamins before we switched to this. This will save me money over time. I love that this is a multivitamin. Previously I had all of their vitamins and supplements lined up in the morning for them to take, and it was too much. Now they get it all in one shot. I have them take the Mary Ruth probiotic and this multivitamin, and that is it! I add the liquid probiotic to the multivitamin and voila they are done with their vitamins and supplements for the day. I highly recommend!
