I just started using the multi vitamin morning. Its been almost a month and I am impressed that my stomach can tolerate it. I have a very sensitive stomach. I have been healthy so far and I do have to say every other day I added the Elderberry drops to my routine as well. I have a very low immune system due to gastric bypass surgery 14 years ago. I have lost 170 lbs and I have bad stomach problems. So happy to find something I can take!

Doesn't taste like raspberry at all BUT it taste like vitamins which actually means more to me then anything. I know I'm getting the liquid vitamins right for me. Doesn't need time to breakdown because it's liquid. To say it's working..I'll see to it with time.

I wanted clean, pure and simple. This product fits the bill and so much more. I also take the nighttime mineral product and the probiotic drops, can not begin to tell you how much better I feel and some of the best sleep I have had in years. Highly recommend these products.

Love the product, but the flavor is taking a bit of getting used to, let me know if you get another flavor. Other wise I have definitely noticed my energy has gone up, and I think taking a liquid is the way to go for me, tablets were taking for ever to work. I love it, wasn't a fan of the taste but the benefits were awesome. I have more energy, my nails grow alot faster. It helped me to working out again, and even started running and I'm no runner..that's how much energy it gives me. Especially since I'm tired most of the time because my girl isn't the best sleeper

God knew I was in search of products that told no lie and truly did help heal the damage done to our bodies by this world and its lies. I'll be taking maryruths triad of health permanently. Plus best customer service on earth yall, they are the best.

I don’t feel a difference at all. It tastes like cough syrup. I think the Essentials+ has better affect, but I still won’t be repurchasing. It’s still setting in my fridge, I’m contemplating on dumping it down the sink yet I cringe at that because of the cost. I’m going back to my drugstore capsules.

I am 40 and was dragging all the time and so exhausted.  I was skeptical of buying a liquid vitamin since I thought the taste would be gross but I was wrong. My bloodwork was not so good and they told me I had vitamin deficiency in almost everything.  I took a chance and bought the Triad of health (Raspberry and Cranberry Dreams).  After a few days I felt a change in my energy and just felt all around better. Went back for blood work after 30 days of taking them and I was no longer in the red and had all normal levels. If you are thinking about buying this product, Just buy it. You will love it and have more energy. 

This did not work for me as I hoped. I did not feel any energy in the morning after taking my daily dose nor were there any noticeable changes in my hair or nails (beauty). This was my first time purchasing a Mary Ruth’s product, decided to start with the morning multivitamin based on it being an original item of hers. I was hoping for overall well-being and energy, not solely buying for the beauty benefits, although that would have been wonderful as well. Not sure why this didn’t work for me. I’m disappointed as not only did this not work, it was costly.

I purchased the raspberry multivitamin, elderberry and the probiotics‚ù§ I Love Love Love these products. I have not felt this good in so long. These products have given me so much needed energy and helps me get through my busy day. I am a forever customer and definitely recommend to my family and friends ‚ù§ Thank you!
