I was introduced to this liquid vitamin by my trainer and friend and I loved it! The taste is actually pretty good, in fact, its a bit too sweet but I'd rather have that then to have the taste be like vitamins. I've ordered 2 of these already and have seen a difference in my energy levels and how I feel overall. My skin is glowing and hair looks healthy. I've told a few other friends about this and they have ordered as well. Keep on making these amazing products because those of us who cannot in my form or fashion, swallow those horse pills, are so grateful for liquid and gummy options!

I am very happy with the taste of these liquid morning Multi Vitamins!! It doesn’t bother my stomach and seems easily digested. I’m hoping over time that I’ll see improvements in my strength, bloodwork and other tests that I continue to have to monitor my health as in dealing with several autoimmune disorders. However, I would love to see the formula with xanthan gum omitted as this is a culprit in leaky gut and digestive problems according to the research of Dr. Haas and Elaine Gottschall in her book Breaking The Vicious Cycle. I highly recommend reading it to everybody who wants to improve their health, especially digestive health. Overall I truly like Mary Ruth’s liquid morning vitamin and I look forward to trying more of your formulas and supplements.

I am finishing up my first tall bottle. It is a good tasting orange flavored multi that I take a shot of from the fridge every morning. I got it hoping it would stop and reverse the greying hair. I don’t see any reversing or stopping yet. I have another tall bottle to be opened so🤞As far as energy and regularity with bowel movements I don’t see much either in those areas unless I combine with consciously not walking too much bc I have damaged feet from working for years on them,and eat a lot of veggies to force me to go to the bathroom anyway. My energy isn’t that noticeably changed either I’m still not a morning person. I’m in my early 40s(44)so I’m hoping to feel different and stop greying. Hoping this works but unsure if maybe I should go to the 40 plus instead? Help if you know.

With everything that’s been going on, I’ve been feeling low energy, and with having to ration my food choices, it’s great to have this around everyday to make sure I get my daily vital mineral intake. I’ll be honest The consistency is much thicker than I expected. I’ve never taken a liquid vitamin this thick and I’ve tried a bunch. Maybe it’s because of all the good stuff in it? I don’t know...But it’s very tolerable and the taste is pretty good. Would definitely recommend and purchase again.

Been taking these morning multivitamin for a few months now and I can honestly say these vitamins changed my life! I have a hard time swallowing pills so all the horse pill vitamins went in the trash after I found Mary Ruth’s liquid multi vitamins. I love em and since I’ve been taking them, along with Mary Ruth’s multi mineral, B complex and vitamin D3, I feel great! Tons of energy and sleeping well at night. I’ve been taking liquid morning for over two years. It taste great and has no after taste. Prior to starting the liquid morning I felt tired all of the time. I’m a very active 49-year-old. I do a high intensity interval (HIIT) workout five days a week and I strength train. Since starting liquid morning I feel completely energized. I highly recommend it as a daily multivitamin supplement.

It tastes awful. I got it for my daughter, since she has braces and is not supposed to take gummy or regular chewable vitamins. She hates the taste and has to plug her nose, drink it fast, and then drink something after. She sometimes refuses to even take it, but I know she needs the vitamins, so I can usually convince her.

I love the fact that it’s liquid but the taste of it is not appealing. I did not notice a change in my energy after taking it for two weeks straight. My husband started taking it and did not notice a change neither. The rest is just sitting in the fridge. I really wish my experience would’ve been better because I was super excited about the product.
