I’ve taken so many different vitamins and this is seriously the only one I’ve taken and actually noticed a difference! Especially in my nails! I used to bite my nails for years and stopped about a year ago. I did everything I could to strengthen them. This is the only thing that made them so strong and healthy! And the funny thing is, that I didn’t purchase this product for my nails 😂

I have a hard time swallowing pills. So this is a great option! My 10 year old takes this as well. He is still getting used to the taste. I don’t mind it now. It would be great mixed in a little OJ I’m sure too. I gave it 4 stars because it is pricey for our budget.

I am now on my 6th bottle of Mary Ruth's multivitamins! I have digestive issues and I've always taken capsule form vitamins with little to no success. But once I tried Mary Rose liquid multivitamin I can feel the effects from day one! The effects have just gotten better with time. My only concern is there's been times where the color and consistency of my raspberry MR has been different. Sometimes it's dark in color and thick in consistency, and other times it's lighter in color and more of a watery consistency 🤔 but other than that I am a very happy customer and a forever customer! I also always recommend Mary Ruth's to family and friends ❤️

My family has been taking this for a few weeks now. Everyone can take it, no problem. The flavor was way better than we expected. I highly recommend it. I don't notice much difference in my body, but I assume if I was deficient in anything, I no longer am. My teenager notices a difference in his skin (acne, redness, etc.) and my other son's nails are growing like crazy. Overall, wonderful product I feel good about giving my family.

This product, I do love. I’ve been fairly certain I’ve had a vitamin deficiency for probably my whole life. That’s why I ordered the liquid vitamin to see if my body could actually absorb what I desperately need. My hair has been thinning, and my nails have literally never grown long my entire life. My nephew even told me my nails look like boy nails. Lol! So I think I’m on my 3rd bottle. My hair is growing fast (just cut it 5 weeks ago) and my nails are the longest I’ve ever seen them without any splitting. They are by no means impressive to people whose nails grow I’m sure, but for me, it’s huge and hopeful! Makes me really believe this is doing other good things for my body that I cannot see. I will be a loyal customer for sure.

I’m not a fan of this flavor and this formula seems thicker and I just don’t like it. My little one still seems to think this one tastes fine though.. I like fruit punch so far, trying strawberry next, but also prefer the white bottle formula Better too.

I started taking the liquid morning multivitamin four days ago and have felt more energized throughout the day! I’ve had trouble finding vitamins that don’t make me feel sick. So glad to have found these, they really make me feel great! I’m impressed and will be recommending Mary Ruth’s to my friends and family!

It tastes awful. I got it for my daughter, since she has braces and is not supposed to take gummy or regular chewable vitamins. She hates the taste and has to plug her nose, drink it fast, and then drink something after. She sometimes refuses to even take it, but I know she needs the vitamins, so I can usually convince her.

Im a vegetarian and despite taking B12 everyday, I still felt like something was missing. Occasionally, I could feel this pressure in my head and body like I wasn’t getting a vitamin I needed. I did my research and decided to try Mary Ruth’s. I’ve been taking it for over a month now and feel no more pressure, not only that but my hair feels healthier and I have more energy!

I feel so much better overall taking the morning multivitamin. I notice I have more energy throughout the day. I like the fact that it is in liquid form. I have recommended to a few of my friends, and they have started to purchase the same multivitamin.
