I’ve been taking this vitamin For a few months now. I love it. My hair is growing is sections that were always short. My only complaint is that I have to put it in the fridge. It gets thick and harder to pour. So my only reason for giving it a 4! Love everything about it.

I have a hard time swallowing pills so all the horse pill vitamins went in the trash after I found Mary Ruth’s liquid multi vitamins. I love em and since I’ve been taking them, along with Mary Ruth’s multi mineral, B complex and vitamin D3, I feel great! Tons of energy and sleeping well at night. This product, I do love. I’ve been fairly certain I’ve had a vitamin deficiency for probably my whole life. That’s why I ordered the liquid vitamin to see if my body could actually absorb what I desperately need. My hair has been thinning, and my nails have literally never grown long my entire life. My nephew even told me my nails look like boy nails. Lol! So I think I’m on my 3rd bottle. My hair is growing fast (just cut it 5 weeks ago) and my nails are the longest I’ve ever seen them without any splitting. They are by no means impressive to people whose nails grow I’m sure, but for me, it’s huge and hopeful! Makes me really believe this is doing other good things for my body that I cannot see. I will be a loyal customer for sure.

My family has been taking this for a few weeks now. Everyone can take it, no problem. The flavor was way better than we expected. I highly recommend it. I don't notice much difference in my body, but I assume if I was deficient in anything, I no longer am. My teenager notices a difference in his skin (acne, redness, etc.) and my other son's nails are growing like crazy. Overall, wonderful product I feel good about giving my family.

I take advantage of your Amazon’s sale and was great purchase too. Then , about the product la all of them are very useful in my body . I've been taking this multivitamin for years now and can't imagine being without it. Besides not wanting to take one more supplement in pill form, I genuinely really like how I feel after I take this multivitamin. I like the fact that it assimilates into my system faster due to it being in liquid form. I always try to order when they offer a discount or if there's a sale because the product is pricey, but I also understand the concept of paying for quality ingredients and you can't put a price on self investment.

I was recommended to try Mary Ruth's as I have been looking for a vitamin without a lot of fillers. I have been using the liquid morning multivitamin for almost a month now and I am OBSESSED! I am now on my 6th bottle of Mary Ruth's multivitamins! I have digestive issues and I've always taken capsule form vitamins with little to no success. But once I tried Mary Rose liquid multivitamin I can feel the effects from day one! The effects have just gotten better with time. My only concern is there's been times where the color and consistency of my raspberry MR has been different. Sometimes it's dark in color and thick in consistency, and other times it's lighter in color and more of a watery consistency 🤔 but other than that I am a very happy customer and a forever customer! I also always recommend Mary Ruth's to family and friends ❤️

Normally stuff like this makes my stomach sick, but this has not once made me feel nauseated, which is so fantastic. After using it for a couple of weeks, I noticed a significant boost in my energy, specifically in the afternoons. I normally experience drowsiness in the late afternoon hours and turn to caffeine, but with this supplement, I only drink coffee in the morning, and that's all I need. I can even work out in the evenings without needing a caffeine boost! Highly recommend!!
