I started taking the multivitam and nighttime vitamins almost a month ago and don't see much difference in how I feel. I purchased one time before and didnt have great results but wanted to give another go. After second time around Im going back to my old trusty Nutraburst.

I don't have an indicator to know how more effective the liquid vitamin is vs a pill or tablet though I've not taken a multi-vitamin tablet in many years....I get my vitamin intake from varying sources (liquid calcium, cod liver oil capsule, Folic acid tablet, vitamin c tablet, etc.) This is my second bottle so am still observing to see if this is a better way to ensure my daily vitamin requirements are being met better in this manner.

I love this morning liquid vitamin! I rotate it with the daily liquid vitamin. My whole family has been on it and this is the healthiest cold/flu season we’ve ever had! No flu shots this year and we havent had any bad illnesses and no flu! I feel like our immune systems have been in high gear this past 9 months or so since we started using Mary Ruth’s!

The multivitamin is easy to take, though I'd hope to add it to my morning smoothie, and I find the flavor is too strong to do that, though it tasted ok. I don't physically feel any different. I was hoping to feel a slight bit more energy, since many of the reviews I've read state they do, but so far I feel the same. Still want to give it a few months to decide overall if I am getting any benefit.

So far I used up my first bottle and I can say, it does strengthen the nails! I lost a lot of hair in the past and it looks like multivitamin does promote hair growth. It tastes very good and it doesn’t make my stomach hurt when I drink it before I have eaten something. I will make sure in the future that I will never run out of MaryRuth Organics products since I am convinced the products have a very good effect on me.

I love this product! As a caregiver of an elderly couple, their daughter had me giving it to them. After reading the ingredients I decided to try it. I'm on my third bottle & OMG I feel amazing! I also give it to my 20 year old son who has autism. I've notice so many positive changes in his behavior. He's using words more(he doesn't talk in sentences), he wants to go in the community whereas he never wanted to leave the house after he came home from school & on weekends. I'm so happy! Thank you Mary Ruth for an awesome product!

I wanted to wait till I finished my first bottle. Love this vitamin. Most vitamins have always upset my stomach even with food so I always forgot to take them. NOT this one. I can even take it on an empty stomach with no issues. It is now a part of my morning routine and I feel better. Will continue to buy this. Big. Thanks

I really liked the product, the presentation is very beautiful. The quality can be appreciated from the first moment. So far it has worked very well for the whole family. The only thing is that it is not approved by the FDA that would give me 100% confidence as a consumer. But it is not limiting you to continue consuming.

I do not like pills, therefore I always forget to take them. A friend mentioned MaryRuth's and I'm hooked! I start every morning with my shot glass of vitamin goodness! Taste isn't the best, but not horrible...its vitamin-y üòÜ. The energy I get after is amazing! On my second bottle and love it!
