I started taking this at the end of my pregnancy and now take it while nursing. I like that it gives me so much energy. It's a liquid so the nutrients absorb better than a capsule or tablet. The only downside is it comes out plastic but I've been told they're working on that.

I bought this and the liquid iron, and was super excited to try them. However, the taste of both is pretty bad in my opinion and I actually have to take them like shots and immediately drink something afterwards to get rid of it. I also have a sensitive stomach and the combination of the two in the morning sometimes hurts my stomach as if someone is punching me. I also notice my acid reflux is slightly worse after taking. I haven’t been taking either long enough to feel any different or notice a difference in my overall health, so not sure how effective they are with all of the claims out there. Undecided if I will repurchase as they are not enjoyable to take.

I have lost track this may be my 5th bottle, but I absolutely love MaryRuth's products. Beautiful packaging and fun to take and I notice more energy when I take it. Would really recommend this product. You can tell so much thoughtfulness and care go into their products.

It tastes awful. I got it for my daughter, since she has braces and is not supposed to take gummy or regular chewable vitamins. She hates the taste and has to plug her nose, drink it fast, and then drink something after. She sometimes refuses to even take it, but I know she needs the vitamins, so I can usually convince her.

My son who is almost 3 thinks this is candy, he takes his vitamins and asks for more everytime. I’m so glad he loves it! Also my boyfriend loves it too. It’s the only vitamins he can take that don’t hurt his stomach. These are amazing for the most sensitive and picky people.

I bought the morning multivitamin for my wife. She liked the extra boost she greets each morning. I also bought her the nighttime multivitamin. Together, she has more energy throughout the day, and better nights sleeping. So, I have them both coming each month with the auto refill feature. It really works!!

I have no idea if this works, yet. I need to see how I feel in a month or so. I do love that it is vegan. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 But I have to take it like a shot because it’s so intense. It’s like tang/sunny D/raspberry flavor. It’s synthetically sweet, fake fruit. I’m very adverse to overly sweet flavors, so it’s not my cup of tea. It’s also a bright orange color. Again, a little off putting. I thought this could be a better replacement to all the b12, vitamin D Sub-linguals I’ve tried. But I cringe at the thought of the flavor. It’s going to be a slog. I bought two large bottles. I wish they had a sample size of everything to see which ones you can tolerate. If you like fruit- syrupy flavor, you might like this. I like the company, I might try some of their other products. This I s one was just too intense for me.

I love having the option to take a liquid vitamin, both in the morning and evening. Much more pleasant not having to swallow so many pills… And feel The liquid absorbs and breakdowns in the body more efficiently than most pill forms....I’m very pleased MaryRuth Organics offers these.

First of all these taste amazing - fresh & wonderful! Kind of like a smoothie treat at breakfast. But the most important thing is I know I'm getting the vitamins I need. Oh and I also love the fact they are in liquid form and feel the absorption in my body is quicker and so much better. Thank you Mary Ruth for a wonderful product!

I absolutely love this product. It seemed like my toddler and I were getting sick at least once a month. I was looking for a reputable, safe, liquid multivitamin we could both take and ran into this one. After 3 months we have not had not even a runny nose. We take it faithfully, daily! I don’t enjoy the flavor too much. My toddler takes it no problem. Definitely tastes better refrigerated. I will continue to use this product for sure!!!
