I love these vitamins. I have been taking them for over a year. I have had my 14 year old son on them for about 8 months now. He suddenly hit a huge growth spurt-after all this time being the smallest in his class. They give energy, easy to digest, taste great, and well worth the money. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I have been on this vitamin for about a month. I do not like to swallow pills, so I researched a LOT before finally trying MRO products. My energy level is very high since taking this supplement. Also, I have had two people ask me if I have gotten eyelash extensions! My nails are harder and stronger as well! I am a huge fan of this product. :) It is a blessing for people that do not like swallowing a lot of pills.

My husband and I switched to MaryRuth's Liquid Morning Vitamins at the recommendation of my naturopath. The ingredients cover the territory, it's liquid so they absorb better than pills, and the taste is acceptable. It's more expensive than I'd like, however, so we take only one tablespoon each. I figure we eat very well, so perhaps we don't need that second tablespoon.

Just received bottle, cannot open the bottle, seal ring Brocken but will not open. Not sure what will do, very suspicious of cap so tight cannot open the bottle, I have trouble with opening the liquid multivitamins and collagen booster, pressure so high that once seal is Brocken product squirts out. Poor packaging, which is frustrating. Not sure what will do about current situation.

So I ordered this wanting to get my health on track and was on keto (I know people have opinions on that trust me I did not stick to it very well while I took the vitamin). I had trouble with gallbladder pain (I have had issues in the past but never needed surgery) when I took the full dose of vitamin and the carb count is high especially when taken with the nighttime minerals...also I really think the flavor should just be carrot. The raspberry is not coming through. I do like the energy I get. I mostly take a half dose now. That seems to settle well with no pain.

I recently order morning multivitamins for my 8 year old son. Actually he stop eating all kinds of solid foods from last 4 year, he don’t have any kind of health issues but it’s all about his own wish that he stick to 1 kind of food for like year or 2 year, but for healthy body and bones it’s very important to give him nutrients values so finally I get the best multivitamins from Mary Ruth’s ,no one recommends me but I find it on google.. and within 20 days I notice some glow on his face and the way he is active now. So I highly recommended this product to all. Thanks to Mary Ruth…….

This did not work for me as I hoped. I did not feel any energy in the morning after taking my daily dose nor were there any noticeable changes in my hair or nails (beauty). This was my first time purchasing a Mary Ruth’s product, decided to start with the morning multivitamin based on it being an original item of hers. I was hoping for overall well-being and energy, not solely buying for the beauty benefits, although that would have been wonderful as well. Not sure why this didn’t work for me. I’m disappointed as not only did this not work, it was costly.

I’ve been taking the vitamin daily for about 2 months. Not sure if it’s working, but I’m not going to stop taking it and find out lol I love that it actually taste good. Most liquid vitamins are thick and leave a horrible taste in the mouth. Even my little brother enjoyed them. I will continue to purchase these in hopes that something anazing is happening internally.

I had the gastric sleeve three years ago and I have been searching for great vitamins. The only downside is they don’t contain iron. I don’t want to have to spend an additional 44.$ on iron. I will buy iron and c capsules. Thanks for a great product

I really like this product. I have problems swallowing pills so this is great. It has good taste with good ingredients and easier to absorb. I do feel some benefits since taking the product such as more energy and would like to try some additional products as well.
