I love the liquid vitamins. I have a sensitive stomach and most vitamins make me sick. This surprisingly doesn’t! I can even take it first thing in the morning with no issues!! I have my whole family (6 of us) on all the vitamins and many minerals and other supplements from MaryRuth. We love them all and am very very happy!!

This is the first time I've taken these products and I started when I came back from vacation; I really like the liquid formula as I have a hard time taking pills. I must say that I am feeling better and my mood has improved and I just feel that I have more energy and my concentration is better. I will continue with these products for better overall health.

Love the taste and the product! I have never been able to take pills so finding a good adult liquid multivitamin was difficult even with the gummies available at the store. I never felt good about putting those ingredients in my body. Since finding this brand i have been so excited and have felt a difference in my body. I cant wait to try different combinations from this company :)

I really like this multivitamin for my kids, I have even taken it occasionally. It gives me peace of mind for when my child has their day of picky eating, I just mix up a fruit smoothie and include this in there. The taste is not good when taken alone, so I always include it in something to hide the taste. A selling point for me was the form of folate - methyl folate does not work for us, but I did not want folic acid. Great product. Thanks!

We started giving to our 13 month old daughter and she loves it. She loves the taste and takes it straight! We introduced this as we are preparing for her to possibly become more selective about what she wants to eat as she is figuring out foods at this age, and we want to make sure she is getting all the nutrients she needs!

So far I am really enjoying the liquid morning multivitamin (raspberry) and the nighttime minerals (coconut). I think I am sleeping a lot better and not waking up intermittently. I will definitely be reordering and I am excited to try some of the other favors and products too.

I saw an ad for Mary Ruths on tik Tok for the multi vitamin and mainly decided to try it because my hair was thinning and this was advertised as helping a lot of women with that, I am 43 , I have taken this product for 2 months now and I have seen a huge improvement along with the hair gummies its like night and day, I have gotten several compliments and recommended it to friends of mine and will keep doing so moving forward. highly recommend!

I noticed the first day after taking it. But I didn’t feel as tired as I usually would have. I felt more weight and had more energy to get things down. Normally, I would always feel so tired and exhausted and all I want to do was just lay in bed. But after taking Mary Ruth, even though it’s only been a week, I’ve been taking it I am feeling much more weight or more energy and that I like. ☺️
