After using first step vitamins for years they changed their formula and it made me start the search for a replacement vitamin. Came upon Mary Ruth vitamins and i am very pleased to have found them.....great vitamin formula....with none of the added garbage most have in them. I have been on them almost three weeks and am very pleased....will be repurchasing.

I love it, wasn't a fan of the taste but the benefits were awesome. I have more energy, my nails grow alot faster. It helped me to working out again, and even started running and I'm no runner..that's how much energy it gives me. Especially since I'm tired most of the time because my girl isn't the best sleeper

First of all, let me say that I do not like the taste of vitamins. When I first started taking this liquid vitamin, I was pleased to find that this vitamin was not nasty. I have been satisfied since the first day I started. I have no complaints. I will most definitely suggest the fact that you should take this vitamin because it’s amazing. Also, it has all of the vitamins in it that you need to take for a multivitamin. I strongly believe that it is great for your whole family. Try it and I promise you won’t be dissatisfied.

This Liquid Morning Multi Vitamin has surpassed all my hopes. I went into taking this skeptically, expecting the hype to not fulfill in the smallest degree. To my utter surprise, within about 4 days i could tell i felt better and had more energy! I like how the liquid gets into the bloodstream faster than pills or gummies. I did not find the taste unpleasant. Now i notice if i have not had my dose within a couple days. I only wish there was a travel size, so i could take it on vacations, etc. I have encouraged a couple of my friends to change their vitamin regime to Mary Ruth's. One did and now she swears by it as well!

I have a difficult time digesting vitamins in pill form. Finally found a liquid version that I have no GI issues with! The taste is great and I absolutely love the consistent energy I have throughout the day. If I miss a day, I can feel the difference. I am sold!

Like the taste and consistency. Have used it just a week. Hope it helps with energy. I'm 77 and healthy. I take no prescription pills. I'm taking the nighttime minerals and haven't noticed much improvement in my sleep. Still wondering what I lack that causes me to sleep only 4-5 hours and then wake up. I ordered the adrenal drops and have just started that.

I have absorption problems due to not having a colon. I have looked for a liquid vitamin that was high quality and that did not make me gag for years. I am so happy with this product. I also have a sensitive stomach. This product does not cause me stomach upset. Thank you Mary Ruth for caring and making these products.

I enjoyed the morning multivitamin. My daughter wasn’t a fan of the raspberry but we could easily add some o.j. and she was fine. Sadly, I can’t say how it works that well because after a week and a half of having it our fridge broke down and we lost it and the nighttime minerals. I will be ordering again though.

Recently purchased Mary’s morning and night time vitamin, probiotic, elderberry, D3 & B12 and the immunity gummies! I can honestly say that I am 100% so happy with every single one! I feel so good knowing that my son is getting so many amazing and important things in his system! I will be putting in another order once the kids new Vitamin C bottle comes out!
