This Liquid Morning Multi Vitamin has surpassed all my hopes. I went into taking this skeptically, expecting the hype to not fulfill in the smallest degree. To my utter surprise, within about 4 days i could tell i felt better and had more energy! I like how the liquid gets into the bloodstream faster than pills or gummies. I did not find the taste unpleasant. Now i notice if i have not had my dose within a couple days. I only wish there was a travel size, so i could take it on vacations, etc. I have encouraged a couple of my friends to change their vitamin regime to Mary Ruth's. One did and now she swears by it as well!

This did not work for me as I hoped. I did not feel any energy in the morning after taking my daily dose nor were there any noticeable changes in my hair or nails (beauty). This was my first time purchasing a Mary Ruth’s product, decided to start with the morning multivitamin based on it being an original item of hers. I was hoping for overall well-being and energy, not solely buying for the beauty benefits, although that would have been wonderful as well. Not sure why this didn’t work for me. I’m disappointed as not only did this not work, it was costly.

I can't swallow pills and my body is super sensetive and has lots of dietary intolerances, so I was really happy to find a liquid vegan multivitamin that I not only could have but is really great. Who knew a multivitamin could taste good? The raspberry flavor isn’t too strong, but it makes it so easy to take my daily multivitamin. It’s actually enjoyable compared to swallowing a large pill. I feel good from taking it daily (more than my previous one) and I think I have more energy if I take it on an empty stomach compared to taking it with food. Definitely recommend trying it!

These vitamins are amazing! After listening to Mary Ruth's story on a podcast with Kelly Leveque I decided to try her vitamins. They give me energy and help give me everything I need to feel healthy and strong! I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and bleeding ulcers this year and these vitamins make me feel energized and I know the ingredients are helping me feel better every day! I can take them on an empty stomach and there is no nausea or stomach upset. I only wished they came in a small container for trips because they have to be refrigerated :-) I'm so glad I purchased these and will be continuing to take them every day!
