I have been taking the daytime multivitamin for some time now and I am not sure if it's doing exactly what's it's suppose to do. My nails are brittle and I know that this product promotes healthy nails. However, I do like the taste and ease of taking this vitamin. I just hope my nails improve.

I was lacking energy. It was so bad that I couldn’t do my laundry for the longest time. It was very hard for me to get up early, and if I did get up to do my laundry it would take me forever to finish and by the end I was already crying. My laundry piled up so bad anyways my sister told me about Mary Ruth products especially about this vitamin. I bought it and wow no joke I feel so energized and I feel much better. This is the first time I've taken these products and I started when I came back from vacation; I really like the liquid formula as I have a hard time taking pills. I must say that I am feeling better and my mood has improved and I just feel that I have more energy and my concentration is better. I will continue with these products for better overall health.

I bought the morning multivitamin for my wife. She liked the extra boost she greets each morning. I also bought her the nighttime multivitamin. Together, she has more energy throughout the day, and better nights sleeping. So, I have them both coming each month with the auto refill feature. It really works!!

I purchased this product for my wife some months ago. She uses it, religiously, every morning. She doesn't miss a day. This seems to have what makes her day go better and has made a big difference in her overall health and well-being. I love how this tastes and I feel energized in the morning when I take it. I feel like since taking it I’m more clear headed and happy. My skin is also so clear which is a nice benefit and I feel like I have more color in my skin. This supplement is a nice tasting easy way to start doing more self care and I really do feel better when I take it. I’m always wary with supplements because I feel like I get green pee and it all just washes out. I have not had green pee with this which maybe tmi but I feel like that means my body is absorbing it more.

My kids loved this vitamin until I opened our new bottle and the taste and smells were completely different. They won't even drink it now which is so disappointing after spending the money on it and finding a quality vitamin that they actually loved.
