The vitamins taste different from last year. Like more metallic. Not extremely off putting but not as palatable as before. My kids can deal with it so we're good to go. I wish the Morning Multi came with Vit K instead of needing to make a separate purchase (of the Vitamin D/K2).

I have been taking this for about 4 months now and have been recommending it like crazy! Since then, I bought the kids multivitamin gummies and started buying the woman’s multivitamins for my mom as well. Mom asked me to buy her more! I haven’t gotten sick since I started taking these and neither has my mom. With two young toddlers, an good immune system is key! The best part for me is that my guy health has improved so much since i started taking this. I love this stuff!

I am terrible at taking supplements in pill/capsule form so when I heard about this multivitamin I was very excited to try in hopes that I would be able to remember and so far I've taken it daily without fail. Im excited to try the other offerings by Mary Ruth Organics as well.

I bought this so I wouldn't have to have 2 different vitamins for my daughter (8) and I (28). We love this vitamin, we are not sick as often, I have energy after work, and it's easy to take, and it tastes ok. This vitamin has made a noticeable difference in my daily life.

I m a big fan of your Elderberry Syrup, it’s wonderful. I did all my research prior to buying the Liquid Morning Multivitamin. Even review all of the ingredients, via your website. Was excited when I received the Liquid Morning Multivitamin. Read all the literature enclosed with the multivitamin and took the recommended dosage. After each day of taking the multivitamin, I became more and more “constipated.” By day four I could not move my bowels. How do I return this item and discontinue the 30 day auto ship of this product.

Have yet to be disappointed in any of Mary Ruth's products. I take the Morning Multivitamin, Nighttime Multimineral, Iron and Liquid Probiotic daily. Love that all of these are offered in liquid form and flavors so far have been great. I look forward to starting every morning and winding down every night with these products.

It absolutely does what it says in the Abe’s Ethan it gives me sustaining energy all day. I also feel fewer cravings so it must be giving me more of what my body needs. I thought the taste was awful when I first began taking it, but now I find the taste quite pleasing. Maybe my tastebuds are tuned into the nutrients more now? It is a great product. Will be reordering.

I wanted vitamins and minerals that were not a capsule or tablet, ani I always prefer organic. This is perfect! It also makes perfect sense to separate the vitamins from the minerals. I am happy they are coming up with new flavors. I have changed my flavor selection for my next shipment.

My husband absolutely loves the morning liquid vitamins. He can actually feel a difference in his energy level. It is clear that his body is absorbing more of the nutrients in this form. I will also be trying the women's version and am excited to see the results!
