Bought into the hype got this for my son as a multivitamin instead of the gummies they say aren’t that great . Gave it too him he said ewe then I tried it and I agree I couldn’t expect a young person nor myself to drink this even for the health benefits .

I have been taking this for about 4 months now and have been recommending it like crazy! Since then, I bought the kids multivitamin gummies and started buying the woman’s multivitamins for my mom as well. Mom asked me to buy her more! I haven’t gotten sick since I started taking these and neither has my mom. With two young toddlers, an good immune system is key! The best part for me is that my guy health has improved so much since i started taking this. I love this stuff!

We were expecting a liquid, but it is more like a gel. It definitely needs to be in a juice to go down which is a little disappointing if you don’t want to have juice every morning. Over all flavor and quality seems good though. Not sure if I’ll get again or not.

I was already a fan of the coconut dream and was reluctant to try pineapple but it tastes great. Not too sweet and really smooth. It helps me relax before bed which is great because sometimes I have trouble falling asleep. I am happy with the results.

Unfortunately, I do not care for the taste or texture of this multivitamin, neither have I experienced any health benefits. Perhaps I got a bad batch? I am hoping to get a full refund for this product. However, I was incredibly satisfied by the probiotic and would recommend that to anyone.

Giving my children their vitamins has never been easier. They look forward to taking their vitamins every morning with breakfast. I love that Mary Ruth’s uses the highest quality ingredients and I can feel completely confident in what I’m serving my children.

I have a hard time swallowing pills. So this is a great option! My 10 year old takes this as well. He is still getting used to the taste. I don’t mind it now. It would be great mixed in a little OJ I’m sure too. I gave it 4 stars because it is pricey for our budget.

I was introduced to this liquid vitamin by my trainer and friend and I loved it! The taste is actually pretty good, in fact, its a bit too sweet but I'd rather have that then to have the taste be like vitamins. I've ordered 2 of these already and have seen a difference in my energy levels and how I feel overall. My skin is glowing and hair looks healthy. I've told a few other friends about this and they have ordered as well. Keep on making these amazing products because those of us who cannot in my form or fashion, swallow those horse pills, are so grateful for liquid and gummy options!

I was looking for a multivitamin that included all of the essential vitamins that I need for my kids. We tried the pill form but they could not swallow the pill we tried a powder form and it did not taste well so we gave this liquid form a try and it was a success we were able to mix it in things like their juices preferably the orange juice they love it or they even take it without mixing it with no problems this was the best choice to give us all of our essential vitamins in an organic way.

I started taking this at the end of my pregnancy and now take it while nursing. I like that it gives me so much energy. It's a liquid so the nutrients absorb better than a capsule or tablet. The only downside is it comes out plastic but I've been told they're working on that.
