I’m been using Mary’s Ruth’s liquid multi vitamin for almost two months. My skin is glowing and my hair is growing much faster than usual. I started using after products and I feel great. The little aches I use to have in my body are gone. I’m very please with everything and will continue to be a loyal customer.

My little toddler boy went to the dentist, and they told me he had 4, FOUR, cavities. I wanted to cry. Well after talking with the dentist, she mentioned one thing we could do to help his overall and dental health was find an organic, quality liquid vitamin instead of a gummy or chewable. We purchased this liquid multivitamin as a one stop shop for all ranges and stages in our household. Despite the attempt to cover the taste of the liquid, our children find it quite repulsive. It definitely taste like a vitamin and not at all like the flavoring suggests which is disappointing.

Thank you to MaryRuth for creating these vitamins. We have been feeling much better since taking them. Our energy levels, sleep and overall wellness have improved. We enjoy the delicious taste. My favorite way to take this is with kombucha. It really adds to the taste!

I bought this and the liquid iron, and was super excited to try them. However, the taste of both is pretty bad in my opinion and I actually have to take them like shots and immediately drink something afterwards to get rid of it. I also have a sensitive stomach and the combination of the two in the morning sometimes hurts my stomach as if someone is punching me. I also notice my acid reflux is slightly worse after taking. I haven’t been taking either long enough to feel any different or notice a difference in my overall health, so not sure how effective they are with all of the claims out there. Undecided if I will repurchase as they are not enjoyable to take.

Amazing taste! I used liquid morning multivitamin in my homemade green juice every morning after my workout. My nails are getting stronger, hair looking a bit longer haven't seen any major changes physically. I only used this product for about 3 weeks and I'm almost done with it. I re-ordered with monthly subscription. I hope to see more change in the future as I continue taking this supplement.
