I normally don’t write reviews but this one I had to. I not only received my package sooner than I thought but the quality of it and what it has done in my health had to be let known. I suffer from ulcerative colitis and this liquid vitamins helps me absorb better the nutrients I need. This has worked better than any other multivitamins I have taken in the past. I have been struggling to put on some weight and with some changes in my diet plus this multivitamins I have put on 6 pounds now I’m so excited!! Thank you so much Mary Ruth for this quality product you have to offer. It is doing a lot of good for my health.

My husband keeps telling me I should be paid for how many friends I have talked into trying this. Haha! As a mom, I need all the help with energy that I can get! I am so happy with how I feel taking it. I am very sensitive to tastes/smells with medicine or vitamins and the raspberry doesn’t bother me at all. My energy level is better, my brain fog is better and it’s a BONUS that my son and I can both take the same multivitamin! Love this product so much!

I’m been using Mary’s Ruth’s liquid multi vitamin for almost two months. My skin is glowing and my hair is growing much faster than usual. I started using after products and I feel great. so far i am liking Mary Ruth's vitamins. I purchase the am and pm liquid vitamins. they both have not disagreed with me. I take the am on an empty stomach and the night 1/2 hr before going to bed. The night vitamin makes me feel relaxed and sleepy. I also have been giving to my husband and kids and they all seem to be ok with it.

I ordered the product for me, but my 18 year old used it all. He is a youth Olympic athlete and always taking care of his health. The liquid morning multivitamin became a part of his regimen. I guess I have to reorder some for myself and hide it, great stuff!!

I have been inconsistent with taking a standard multivitamin over the years. This product is easy to take and tolerated well by me, so I have been much more consistent with taking it. I feel like my overall energy level has improved. I haven't finished my first bottle but I have already ordered my second.

Taking the liquid multivitamin everyday has been amazing. Biggest difference I’ve seen is that it helped regulate my periods and I’m not as tired during the day. I already have a lot have hair but have noticed more baby hairs growing so I’m not sure if it’s because of the vitamins or not.
