I’ve had a subscription and when I received my new order I had thought something was not right or the bottle had gone bad, unfortunately that was not the case. When I received my new bottle it tasted the same and now my kiddos will no longer take it. I also have a hard time, and I’m not really picky about taste, but the very “mediciney” taste stays in your mouth. I loved the original version and would continue to get it but the new version my family and I just do not enjoy.

I am still waiting to see what the effects will be after taking it for a month. I know it’s usually 30 days for some thing to really start taking affect and to work its way through your system and so that’s what I’m still waiting on. So far it seems to be OK but I just don’t know for sure as I haven’t really felt any drastic effects.

Since I started taking the liquid vitamin my energy has improved. Late 2019 I was confirmed as having vitamin deficiencies as well as an allergy to common ingredients found in capsule vitamins. I had to find a product to get my Iron and B vitamin levels back up. This product was the best I could find (did a crazy amount of research). I would recommend this to anyone to get vitamin levels up.

My 2 1/2 and 4 1/2 year old love these. They don’t mind the taste at all and when we consistently give them daily I notice a huge improvement in their immunity and energy. Would highly recommend for parents with kids on the spectrum who don’t like to swallow or chew their vitamins.

So I ordered this wanting to get my health on track and was on keto (I know people have opinions on that trust me I did not stick to it very well while I took the vitamin). I had trouble with gallbladder pain (I have had issues in the past but never needed surgery) when I took the full dose of vitamin and the carb count is high especially when taken with the nighttime minerals...also I really think the flavor should just be carrot. The raspberry is not coming through. I do like the energy I get. I mostly take a half dose now. That seems to settle well with no pain.

Easy to take or mix in your morning water or juice. I’ve needed something to keep me going throughout the day and this has been a great multivitamin. I decided to subscribe after I ran out because the difference was noticeable on days I didn’t take my multivitamin!

I got the recommendation from my friend and so we ordered. The first few days our guts had some adjusting to do. At about the 7 days mark, everything got back to normal and we are feeling fantastic. My 9 year old daughter is even falling asleep quicker and her mood has been much better!

I didn't buy beacuse of tik tok but beacuse in my grandpartes nursing home recommended this product. Both my grandparents have been using it for 6+ month now and they are more energetic and overall they seem more themselves beacuse of old age it's normal for some mood changes (they are 89 and 88 years old). I decided to try them and I like this product this is my fourth bottle, I like it so much that I've stock up since I will be moving countries. My hair is growing so much and this is not even the specialized one, I've seen improvement if focus and energy with no extra appetite. I usually mix it with OG o Kefir, recently mixed it with plain greek yogurt and it was the best! Will totally recommend this product.

I was looking for a vegan multivitamin and everywhere I was looking Mary Ruth’s kept popping up. I decided to give it a shot and I am so glad I did. I now have no idea how to live without my liquid vitamin in the morning and my liquid vitamin at night. Even my daughter is using the kid chewy vitamins. The morning multivitamin in raspberry is my absolute favorite. I liked the fruit punch but the raspberry taste the best.

I have been taking these vitamins for a few years now, and they have literally changed my life. I was so deficient before I found these. I suffered from auto immune issues.
