I like the idea of liquid but haven't been able to see any difference in how I feel, i had to finish my present multivitamin which I did see a difference and it contained more nutritents. I have two more bottles unoppened so I should stop my order for awhile. I love the nighttime minerals. Kathy Moen

I would choose this over any of those other vitamins on the market! because it’s a natural organic vitamin, that Gives you energy helps with your skin just like it says and last it makes you feel good and that’s the key thing for me. I’ve struggled my whole adult vegan life to find a good liquid vitamin and this is definitely it the only downfall is there isn’t enough. Bottle recommends 2 Tablespoons per day and with my monthly subscription I am vitamin-less for over a week before the next month gets here. Not sure, which I off, the measure or the delivery, but I NEED MORE!

Still finishing up the fruit punch liquid vitamins; haven't started the raspberry flavor one yet. My digestion and gut never felt so good! I take two tablespoons in the morning on an empty stomach. I can feel the difference as I go about my day. Thank you.

I normally don’t write reviews but this one I had to. I not only received my package sooner than I thought but the quality of it and what it has done in my health had to be let known. I suffer from ulcerative colitis and this liquid vitamins helps me absorb better the nutrients I need. This has worked better than any other multivitamins I have taken in the past. I have been struggling to put on some weight and with some changes in my diet plus this multivitamins I have put on 6 pounds now I’m so excited!! This was my first time purchasing from MaryRuths and trying a liquid vitamin. So far we like it! The taste has a faint sweetness but not over bearing. All my children (ages 2-6) like it, aa well as my husband. I like how everyone in our family can take it.
