I started taking this at the end of my pregnancy and now take it while nursing. I like that it gives me so much energy. It's a liquid so the nutrients absorb better than a capsule or tablet. The only downside is it comes out plastic but I've been told they're working on that.

I have absorption problems due to not having a colon. I have looked for a liquid vitamin that was high quality and that did not make me gag for years. I am so happy with this product. I also have a sensitive stomach. This product does not cause me stomach upset. Thank you Mary Ruth for caring and making these products.

Never was one to continue taking vitamin pills although did try. This liquid multivitamin makes it very easy for me to stay healthy and keep up on this routine on a daily basis. Have definitely noticed growth in my nails, shine and softness to my hair, and don’t drag nor crash after coffee during the day. Best ever!

Have yet to be disappointed in any of Mary Ruth's products. I take the Morning Multivitamin, Nighttime Multimineral, Iron and Liquid Probiotic daily. Love that all of these are offered in liquid form and flavors so far have been great. I look forward to starting every morning and winding down every night with these products.

I’ve been a metagenics devotee for years but was very intrigued to try these. I love them. They taste great, no after taste and work exceptionally well! I also use the night formula and added COq10 and biotin to help my hair and skin. Both have improved notably since taking.

I honestly love my liquid vitamins. I have never taken a liquid vitamin until now. But I must say it’s so easy. I haven’t skipped a day yet. I was always a bit of a slacker about taking a vitamin every day but having it in the refrigerator is so easy. One quick swig and I’m done for the day!!

This is the first multi-vitamin that I have felt confident taking because I know it is made with such natural ingredients. After over a month of use, I was already seeing improvements with my skin and energy. As a vegetarian, I always worry about ensuring I am getting all of my proper nutrients but hate to take drug-store supplements because of all of the harsh chemicals. Eith my gastric issues, it is hard to take pill form of vitamins as it does not agree with me. These liquid multivitamins allow my body to quickly absorb with no issues. The flavor is good as well, just one small shot glass full a day and keeps your body energized and just makes you feel better overall, and faster since how fast it is absorbed into your system. This has been very beneficial to me.

I don't have an indicator to know how more effective the liquid vitamin is vs a pill or tablet though I've not taken a multi-vitamin tablet in many years....I get my vitamin intake from varying sources (liquid calcium, cod liver oil capsule, Folic acid tablet, vitamin c tablet, etc.) This is my second bottle so am still observing to see if this is a better way to ensure my daily vitamin requirements are being met better in this manner.

I love this liquid vitamin and was hoping it would work for me as a gastric bypass patient, but my doctor told me that everything looked good with it except the vitamin B12 would not absorb in my stomach due to the bypass. So I needed to find another way to get the B12 in my system. I was kind of disappointed because I wanted this to be all I had to take.
