I love this liquid multivitamin-I take it every morning, first thing before I eat or drink anything. I have been taking this for about six months now. I have always struggled with remembering to take a vitamin in pill form but this has easily become a part of my daily morning routine. I am thinking of incorporating the liquid probiotic into my routine as well.

I bought this because my 2 & 4 year old were already showing signs of tooth decay and we don't really even eat candy! It's crazy how much sugar and sticky foods exists, especially in the vitamin aisle. They love this and we do the night time vitamins too which has helped keep the girls well slept and more regular too.

The taste of the liquid multivitamin is strong by itself so I mix mines with fruit juice and that helps get rid of the bitter taste. I’ve been taking the Liquid morning multi-vitamins for four months and was surprised at how much better I felt getting all those extra vitamins and minerals I needed. I noticed that my hair started growing back around my hairline and is much fuller, but the biggest difference is my dark hair returned and now I'm good 50% less grey which was so awesome! After a month of using two tablespoons every morning, I also stopped using my reading glasses, which was a huge surprise because I've used them ever since I turned forty! The vitamins taste different from last year. Like more metallic. Not extremely off putting but not as palatable as before. My kids can deal with it so we're good to go. I wish the Morning Multi came with Vit K instead of needing to make a separate purchase (of the Vitamin D/K2).
