I can’t even begin to say how these supplements have helped me. I used to be tired all the time. Have random body aches. Headaches. Lack of motivation. I feel like since I started taken them that my mental health is better. I feel better so I’m able to be more productive which in turn makes me feel better. I can’t recommend these enough.

I purchased this for my 4 little kids and myself to start talking. Their multivitamin was always out of stock and nearly impossible to get. I love the ingredients of these vitamins and bonus that we could all take it. It wasn't a favorite of everyone at first, but after a few weeks we have no issues. I've been taking Mary Ruth's morning liquid vitamin for more than 6 months and I love it! I take it as my prenatal as I'm not 8 months pregnant. I love that it tastes good and is easy to take rather than having to remember to take multiple pills a day like my previous prenatal. I also give it to my husband and my two toddlers. We are all fans!

Love the product so far. Taste better than it smells for sure. I would always forget to take pills and since this goes into the refrigerator you are reminded every time you get into your fridge. I will continue to purchase these as well as look into some other products they offer.

I'm very pleased with my purchase (liquid multi-vitamin, liquid B complex). I need a vitamin that has quick absorbency. Being very anemic it's hard to retain all my supplements. I FEEL SO AMAZING now that I take this liquid form of vitamin. Instantly I feel a boost of energy and make it through my work day alert and focused. I will continue to purchase these items and try others now that I know the quality is present and results will show!

During the pandemic - my liquid vitamin that I was taking became nonexistent. I needed a multi-vitamin. I just went in search of and did my homework. I have to say - "what a difference". I feel a difference over my old multi-vitamin plus it tastes good. It is very important for me to see and experience a difference - I can say that I certainly have and am continuing to take this with very good results in energy, feeling better, and just all around good feeling. I bought this because my 2 & 4 year old were already showing signs of tooth decay and we don't really even eat candy! It's crazy how much sugar and sticky foods exists, especially in the vitamin aisle. They love this and we do the night time vitamins too which has helped keep the girls well slept and more regular too.
