This daytime liquid vitamin may help someone else, but not for me. I tried it for 14 days and felt sick to my stomach the majority of those 14 days. I started with a low dose too. I didn’t feel any benefits from it as I had to stop taking it unfortunately.

I am addicted to Mary Ruth!! Been a support for over a year. I have my entire Family on Board! The morning Multi vitamin is refreshing! Doesn’t have a terrible taste at all! So I ordered this wanting to get my health on track and was on keto (I know people have opinions on that trust me I did not stick to it very well while I took the vitamin). I had trouble with gallbladder pain (I have had issues in the past but never needed surgery) when I took the full dose of vitamin and the carb count is high especially when taken with the nighttime minerals...also I really think the flavor should just be carrot. The raspberry is not coming through. I do like the energy I get. I mostly take a half dose now. That seems to settle well with no pain.

I bought this because it was suggested to go with the prenatal probiotic. The smell and flavor is very triggering and I struggle to take it every other day without feeling sick. I do not have any other issues with food and have not thrown up from anything else I have consumed. I do not have morning sickness.

I had high hopes for this product. Looking for a quality vitamin for my almost adult teens, but they couldn't get past the taste. We tried mixing it with a variety of juices, but it still wasn't happening. Everything else about it was great from ordering to shipping, etc.

I have reordered this product now 4 times and LOVE it. It has all of the vitamins that I was looking to add into my nutrition and more. For women's health it's especially important to have folate, and I love that this product has folate. Just go straight for the subscription because you'll love it.

Taking the liquid multivitamin everyday has been amazing. Biggest difference I’ve seen is that it helped regulate my periods and I’m not as tired during the day. I already have a lot have hair but have noticed more baby hairs growing so I’m not sure if it’s because of the vitamins or not.

We went to my doctor and he treated me with the simplest meds I would agree to take. I have put off telling MR because I believe this is my issue and I do not hold MR responsible. All my life I have had auto immune issues and I have tried self treatment many, many times usually unsuccessfully. Dr’s have never given me a straight diagnosis. I’ve struggled my whole adult vegan life to find a good liquid vitamin and this is definitely it the only downfall is there isn’t enough. Bottle recommends 2 Tablespoons per day and with my monthly subscription I am vitamin-less for over a week before the next month gets here. Not sure, which I off, the measure or the delivery, but I NEED MORE!
