I love the rich taste of this liquid multi-vitamin. It makes my body comes alive in the morning and fuels me with the energy I need throughout the day! This is an excellent multivitamin that has replaced the multiple vitamins I previously took each day. You got a winner here, Mary!

Let me start off by saying I LOVE my immunity gummies so so much!!! This Liquid Morning Multivitamin is just not my fav personally as I cannot get past the texture. I have a personal problem with texture of goods and this one was hard to get down. But that is just my personal problem!!! Other than that the taste was great!

I don't like swallowing so many capsules so the liquid multivitamin is a much welcomed alternative to taking supplements! The taste is good and I often mix other liquid supplements (iron, elderberry syrup) in with it so I just have to take my vitamins once a day.

I am still breastfeeding my 18 month old, so I wanted a multivitamin so I wouldn’t get so depleted. I do love the liquid format; I’m much more inclined to take it each morning. I have to imagine reviewers raving about how “delicious” it is are being compensated in some way. I also don’t think it’s intolerable like some reviewers mentioned, but the taste is similar to cough syrup for kids: not horrible but definitely not delicious. I’m not sure if I am noticing increased energy that I can specifically attribute to this multi, but I may try something else to see if I notice a difference and come back to it if so.

I ordered the product for me, but my 18 year old used it all. He is a youth Olympic athlete and always taking care of his health. The liquid morning multivitamin became a part of his regimen. I guess I have to reorder some for myself and hide it, great stuff!!

Love my MaryRuths I’ve been taking Mary Ruth for 2 years, I am also almost 50 years old. This vitamin and my pumpkin seed oil capsules supplement I take keep my eyebrows a little fuller and nails grow so fast and strong. My hair is healthy also. I can’t say this vitamin alone grows my hair but my hair is definitely healthier since starting it. This vitamin also helps my immune system and I take extra vitamin C in the winter. I also have to take extra vitamin D due to not enough in this Mary Ruth’s . I just need something to help with hot flashes lol

I started having issues swallowing my vitamins and some other larger pills this past year. I got the liquid vitamin so I still get the extra multivitamin help I need every day. It smells like a normal vitamin, tastes like raspberries, and is a thick consistency like a syrup. I mix mine with a little orange juice every morning, and it works really well for me so far. :)

I have been taking this supplement for 1 year now. I do not have a reason to ever change to another brand of multivitamins. I love this fast acting formula. The flavor does not make me shiver! I love that it is cold. I highly recommend this product!!!

I just switched over from a popular vitamin and supplement brand to MaryRuth's and have my husband and 4 young children on them now as well. We love them!
