The morning multivitamin has a pleasant taste. It's very effective for energy throughout the day. I've noticed my nails are stronger and hair is fuller. I have also noticed my blood pressure increases. Therefore I lessen the dosage which normalizes my b.p.

These products are great! Since I am taking them on the same days, I cannot comment on them separately. Most noticeable for me is the tingly/crawly feeling in my back has ceased, and my sleeps are deeper. And I love the pineapple multi mineral flavour. It’s like having a yummy mini milkshake!

I absolutely LOVED giving this vitamin to my daughter as well as myself each morning however one day last week it fell out of the refrigerator (was on the third shelf) and I just about lost the rest of what was left. I’ll be honest The consistency is much thicker than I expected. I’ve never taken a liquid vitamin this thick and I’ve tried a bunch. Maybe it’s because of all the good stuff in it? I don’t know...But it’s very tolerable and the taste is pretty good. Would definitely recommend and purchase again.
