It’s been about 3 weeks and while I haven’t seen a drastic change as of yet I have noticed little things. For example my pulsatile tinnitus has stopped! I definitely have more energy throughout the day! I love how it’s liquid and me and my daughter can share this because all I have to do is adjust the measurements for her! I will def be purchasing again when I run out.

My family and I love the liquid vitamin. It’s tasty without the chemicals. I love that it’s vegan and safe for my family. Our hair and nails are growing faster than usual. My daughter has been taking that vitamin since she was 2yrs old, she is now 4 and she still loves it. Upon waking up, both my 8 & 4 year old ask for the liquid vitamin first, that’s how good it is. We can’t always afford this vitamin, but when I get a good coupon I buy it. My whole family notices a drastic improvement in energy levels after taking this consistently. My nails grow faster, I fight illnesses quicker, it’s just great. Wish we could afford to always have it on hand!

I've been taking Mary Ruth's morning liquid vitamin for more than 6 months and I love it! I take it as my prenatal as I'm not 8 months pregnant. I love that it tastes good and is easy to take rather than having to remember to take multiple pills a day like my previous prenatal. I also give it to my husband and my two toddlers. I love how this tastes and I feel energized in the morning when I take it. I feel like since taking it I’m more clear headed and happy. My skin is also so clear which is a nice benefit and I feel like I have more color in my skin. This supplement is a nice tasting easy way to start doing more self care and I really do feel better when I take it. I’m always wary with supplements because I feel like I get green pee and it all just washes out. I have not had green pee with this which maybe tmi but I feel like that means my body is absorbing it more.

I haven’t historically felt any effects from multi-vitamins, however this one is different. I feel better. I have more energy throughout the day and I’ve noticed my hair seems thicker around my hairline which is a bonus. It also tastes good. I’ve been using this product for three months now and I’m really loving it!

I’ve been taking the vitamin daily for about 2 months. Not sure if it’s working, but I’m not going to stop taking it and find out lol I love that it actually taste good. Most liquid vitamins are thick and leave a horrible taste in the mouth. Even my little brother enjoyed them. I will continue to purchase these in hopes that something anazing is happening internally.

This is my second order of these liquid vitamins. I wasn't completely sure about them on my first order, but after about three weeks of taking them I am convinced these are great for me! I definitely have more energy, especially in the morning when I sometimes felt sluggish. And I am not a coffee drinker, so lack of caffeine was not the issue. Also, I have noticed a definite improvement in my nails! These will be on re-order from now going forward!
