I am still waiting to see what the effects will be after taking it for a month. I know it’s usually 30 days for some thing to really start taking affect and to work its way through your system and so that’s what I’m still waiting on. So far it seems to be OK but I just don’t know for sure as I haven’t really felt any drastic effects.

I love these liquid vitamins! I notice a huge difference if I miss a dose and don’t take them. I recently had surgery and had to go off of them one week prior and one week after. I could not wait to get them back in my system. Ps- my nails grow like crazy on these vitamins

I really like this multivitamin for my kids, I have even taken it occasionally. It gives me peace of mind for when my child has their day of picky eating, I just mix up a fruit smoothie and include this in there. The taste is not good when taken alone, so I always include it in something to hide the taste. A selling point for me was the form of folate - methyl folate does not work for us, but I did not want folic acid. Great product. Thanks!

My daughter and I have seen a lot of health improvements using Mary Ruth's vitamins. We noticed immediate improvement in our energy levels as well as overall feeling as a consistent level throughout the day. I would definitely recommend Mary Ruth vitamins.

I rarely feel like I have any energy at all. I have a 2 year old and a 6 year old and I teach middle school! Since I started taking this multivitamin daily, I feel so much more energetic! I'm not just surviving any more. I feel GOOD. Parents of young kids out there, you know what an accomplishment that is! I'm hooked and I'm a believer!

I've been very happy with these vitamins! I've always hated swallowing pills, so I love being able to stir my vitamins in to a small glass of juice every morning. They do not have a strong flavor and the mild flavor that I do taste is actually good! I've also noticed that I've been feeling a bit better and even in just a few weeks I feel these vitamins have made a noticeable difference in my skin, hair and nails. My hair suddenly started feeling quite a bit longer/healthier and I've been having to trim my nails more frequently. I will definitely be buying more! Also an added bonus is the cute packaging. :) I highly recommend this liquid morning multivitamin!

We ordered these vitamins on the recommendation of a friend and I’m so happy we did! My four-year-old is incredibly picky about her vitamins/the taste. We put the recommended dose into a swig of 100% cherry juice with MR’s elderberry and probiotic - she ASKS for it every day! We have definitely found our new vitamin brand :)

I never took prenatals but after I finished nursing my daughter I wanted to start vitamins. I searched for an organic one as well as liquid because I do not do well taking pills and found this! I could not be more satisfied!! It taste delicious and I really do feel a difference after I take it in the morning! Amazing product üëå

I was introduced to Mary Ruth several months ago and was very interested in the products. I stopped using a multivitamin because I just did not feel like I was benefiting. As a vegan I wanted to find something different. I tried Mary Ruth's multi and now it has become my daily staple! It is by far the best I have ever taken. I feel very good taking it each morning and plan to continue!

A bit too early to give a substantial review as I just started taking it. However, the taste is very good and non-offensive. Shaking is most definitely required and the texture is more ‘syrupy’. Remember to keep In refrigerator after opening. I don’t have the immediate ‘more energy’ reaction as the testimonials from ‘health bloggers’ are claiming. Not the case for me. I’ll watch for health benefits (skin/hair/nails) after my initial 30days of taking it. More to come…
