What I love about this multivitamin is that it is truly for the whole family. I can get my spoonful and so can my toddler, all together. However, it tastes like plastic. The flavor says raspberry, but I can't taste anything. I've shaken it and we also put it in the fridge per the bottles suggestions. My toddler doesn't care for it either, which can't blame him when he's expecting raspberry and it doesn't have the color or taste of raspberry. For kids, that's important. haha We will continue to use the other vitamins, as we all prefer the tastes of those.

I have a sensitive stomach so taking a multivitamin usually upsets my stomach. I can take the liquid morning multivitamin in the morning on an empty stomach and it does not bother me. I've also noticed I have more energy and less brain fog, love this product!

I love how this tastes and I feel energized in the morning when I take it. I feel like since taking it I’m more clear headed and happy. My skin is also so clear which is a nice benefit and I feel like I have more color in my skin. This supplement is a nice tasting easy way to start doing more self care and I really do feel better when I take it. I’m always wary with supplements because I feel like I get green pee and it all just washes out. I have not had green pee with this which maybe tmi but I feel like that means my body is absorbing it more.

These vitamins are amazing! After listening to Mary Ruth's story on a podcast with Kelly Leveque I decided to try her vitamins. They give me energy and help give me everything I need to feel healthy and strong! I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and bleeding ulcers this year and these vitamins make me feel energized and I know the ingredients are helping me feel better every day! I can take them on an empty stomach and there is no nausea or stomach upset. I only wished they came in a small container for trips because they have to be refrigerated :-) I'm so glad I purchased these and will be continuing to take them every day!

I love the fact that it’s liquid but the taste of it is not appealing. I did not notice a change in my energy after taking it for two weeks straight. My husband started taking it and did not notice a change neither. The rest is just sitting in the fridge. I really wish my experience would’ve been better because I was super excited about the product.

Absolutely love this product ! I love that it’s a liquid because sometimes taking capsules can upset the stomach. I’ve taken this on an empty stomach and have been fine. It also taste pretty good as well! I can’t wait to see how it makes me feel by day 30! Thanks Mary Ruth for the quality product! 10/10!

I have chronic pancreatitis and I do not have much luck with absorbing ordinary multivitamins. In MaryRuths Liquid Morning Multivitamin I found a product that is easy to digest and is effective!! I have been taking it regularly for about a month now and feel much better overall. Thank You!!

I love this product. I have been more calm and that was my goal! I would say, that calling the flavor ”Raspberry” is very misleading. This is NOTHING close to Raspberry, and it’s orange… But, it’s worth it! Whatever the flavor is, it works!

I knew from the minute I took the first spoonful of the Liquid Morning Multivitamin that my body loved it. I've previously always felt a little nauseous and repulsed by my multivitamins but this one goes down very easily. I love that you can take it either with food or on an empty stomach. Excellent product that I truly feel has improved my overall health!

Let me start off by saying I LOVE my immunity gummies so so much!!! This Liquid Morning Multivitamin is just not my fav personally as I cannot get past the texture. I have a personal problem with texture of goods and this one was hard to get down. But that is just my personal problem!!! Other than that the taste was great!
