The flavor of your Raspberry Multi Vitamin is great, Only 1/2 way through my first bottle so haven't noticed any differences yet. Hoping for it to help with my scalp and hair. And just a healthier feeling over all. I do take other vitamins as well with this one. Have tried other liquid multi vitamins but the taste was HORRID!

I have been taking supplement for 2 weeks now and it is really tasty and doesn’t take any time to digest like pills. I feel very energetic and a noticeable difference in my mood as well. I am really happy I chose this supplement It is so hard to find one that works.

We've been using these vitamins for several months now, they are tasty and beneficial. We believe liquid vitamins and mineral supplements are more easily assimilated by the body and therefore better than pills, tablets or capsules. The fact that they taste great is an additional plus since many liquid vitamins do not! Thanks for a great product!

I am very happy with the taste of these liquid morning Multi Vitamins!! It doesn’t bother my stomach and seems easily digested. I’m hoping over time that I’ll see improvements in my strength, bloodwork and other tests that I continue to have to monitor my health as in dealing with several autoimmune disorders. However, I would love to see the formula with xanthan gum omitted as this is a culprit in leaky gut and digestive problems according to the research of Dr. Haas and Elaine Gottschall in her book Breaking The Vicious Cycle. I highly recommend reading it to everybody who wants to improve their health, especially digestive health. Overall I truly like Mary Ruth’s liquid morning vitamin and I look forward to trying more of your formulas and supplements.

My number one choice of vitamins for my family. I love the raspberry liquid multivitamin, it’s easy to dispense and take, while I am getting breakfast and lunches put together in the morning. I ordered MaryRuths liquid vitamins with $7.00 instant savings to be shipped. However when I ordered this, I wasnt given instant savings price. I called to see why. Now i have to take it to Sams Club once order is received to obtain given instant price. What an inconvenience. I dont recommend the hassel

My toddler and I tried it and I almost threw up. And that feeling lasted. I took it with food too. Second time we tried it again mixed in a carrot juice and we both couldn’t finish it. So sad it’s just sitting in our fridge now... I wish I could return and get a refund. However, I’m happy with other mary ruth’s products I ordered like immunity gummies!

I’m hoping to see an improvement in my hair, skin and nails. My nails have ridges, my skin is very dry and my hair has become thinner in recent years. It’s to soon to tell but I’m hopeful that these conditions will improve with time. I have been using the multi vitamins since I received them two weeks ago but I can’t give a fair rating at yet.

After taking this liquid vitamin for about 4 days I really noticed a difference in my health. I feel good, have more energy & am loving itüíñ I think i was really lacking the nutrients Mary Ruth's vitaim had! It is more expensive than a horse pill..aka store bought big bulky pillüòí. But it is worth every dime. I only am taking 1 Tablespoon a day .
