I tried one tablespoon of the multivitamins and felt shaky and nauseous for a few hours. I stopped taking after that experience. My little ones loved it and had no side affects but after my experience I’m still on the fence about giving it to them again.

I have taking it for a full 7 days now and I have to say that I do feel more energized and just more healthy it’s hard to describe. I’m so thankful I came across this. Love the taste and the product! I have never been able to take pills so finding a good adult liquid multivitamin was difficult even with the gummies available at the store. This is easy to mix into a smoothie in the morning and with some almond milk at night but it is a lot sweeter than I planned. I will however continue to purchase both the morning and evening multivitamin. Liquid supplements are so much easier to take than the pills but hard to find so I am thrilled to have found these items. I have also purchased the liquid B Complex and Liquid Probiotic which I take in the morning and I have noticed more energy. Love all of these products!

Amazing taste! I used liquid morning multivitamin in my homemade green juice every morning after my workout. My nails are getting stronger, hair looking a bit longer haven't seen any major changes physically. I only used this product for about 3 weeks and I'm almost done with it.
