These are literally the best vitamins that I have ever taken. Because they are liquid they are easily absorbed. They have 10 mg of. Betaine(stomach acid.) to help with digestion. And a complete panel of the necessary vitamins with not a bunch of extra unnecessary junk added. But after just one bottle I feel better and more clear headed and energetic than I have in years (I’m 64)! I’m sure it’s because of the high amounts of vitamin B, which is 500% of RDA. But it’s got me thinking that maybe the RDA of vitamin B for someone my age is actually too low and the amount in these vitamins is really closer to what is needed??!!! Anyway, after taking Mary Ruth’s morning multivitamins, my next bottle was a slightly less expensive liquid multi. UGH. NO COMPARISON!! This other multi tasted horrible, upset my stomach for a good 8 hours after taking it, plus my kitchen stunk like vitamins for the entire day! But NOT THAT WAY WITH MARY RUTHS!! Her vitamins taste great and they didn’t upset my stomach at all. Plus, the work!!! In my option they are worth the cost.

I’ve always struggled with a sudden loss of energy/fatigue about mid-day for as long as I can remember. I’ve tried various different pill vitamins and none made a difference. Ever since I started taking this morning liquid vitamin, I’ve noticed my mid-day crash is almost non-existent. Great product that I will continue to incorporate into my daily routine!

Not my first time with MaryRuth products LOVE AM Vitamin, and Night time vitamins...tried probiotics as well. As I have four children with special needs this is not only coveted at my house but necessary. You can tell when it's not in our system. Worth every cent..(just wish I had more money lol)

I’m so happy I found these supplements because I was so tired of having so many pills that I had to swallow. Some of them won’t stay down and they get stuck in my throat. I look forward to taking tha morning multivitamin because it’s not only easier for me to ingest, it makes me feel better overall.

Here it is, day 1. Was I skeptical; yes. The smell indicated a strong multivitamin taste. The actual taste is sweet though. You really do not think you are taking a spoonful of vitamins. So being that this is just day 1, my initial review is just about the taste. I am hoping to feel the energy that previous reviewers experienced. I took the first step and tried it. If the benefits are noticeable, I'll purchase again.

MaryRuth's is the only vitamin I've ever taken where I can really FEEL the difference! My nails seem stronger and it's really easy to take daily and forces me to drink a little extra water every morning which I like! My only con is travel, but I've found convenient little ways to take with me on the go when needed!

I’ve been using this liquid vitamin for over a year. The taste is not gaggingly horrible like some people here say, but it’s not great either. I never thought that my arm, leg, and mouth tingling or my nonstop leg itching could be a reaction to the vitamins. After reading some of these one-star reviews, I’m going to stop using the vitamin and see if the tingling and itching stops.

I have always had a problem keeping down food (let alone vitamin capsules) especially in the morning, but the liquid multivitamin has been a life saver! Since I have trouble keeping things down, a good multivitamin is so important so I take the raspberry MaryRuth’s Organics Liquid Multivitamin in a shot glass with a few droppers of the MaryRuth’s Organics Adrenal/Focus Herbal Blend followed by a glass of water and it makes me feel great (with no urge to expel!). I recommend this to anyone but especially those who struggle with acid reflux/vomiting! It will give you the start you need for a ‘successful eating day’!

I have tried many multivitamins and never really noticed much difference. I do notice a difference with these vitamins. I seem to have more energy and is it possible I am in a better mood? I am also able to get my husband to take these, he likes the flavor. Great product, will definitely purchase again.

I have reordered this product now 4 times and LOVE it. It has all of the vitamins that I was looking to add into my nutrition and more. For women's health it's especially important to have folate, and I love that this product has folate. Just go straight for the subscription because you'll love it.
