I have a sensitive stomach to most all vitamins, but this liquid does not bother me at all. No stomach aches or burping. It definitely does make your urine vibrant though! I had a cold and once I started the daily dosage I felt better within a couple of days days with lots of newfound energy! I will be ordering more products for sure!

It’s been about 3 weeks and while I haven’t seen a drastic change as of yet I have noticed little things. For example my pulsatile tinnitus has stopped! I definitely have more energy throughout the day! I love how it’s liquid and me and my daughter can share this because all I have to do is adjust the measurements for her! I'm very pleased with my purchase (liquid multi-vitamin, liquid B complex). I need a vitamin that has quick absorbency. Being very anemic it's hard to retain all my supplements. I had high hopes for this product. Looking for a quality vitamin for my almost adult teens, but they couldn't get past the taste. We tried mixing it with a variety of juices, but it still wasn't happening. Everything else about it was great from ordering to shipping, etc.

These vitamins are soooo sweet!!! Actually the minerals are the sweetest. It’s hard for us to take them. We got the coconut flavor so we will try the other flavor next time. When We mix with lots of greens powder (like dr Christophers Jurassic greens) it helps. I’m curious if you’ve gotten this feedback or if most people like it this sweet. Otherwise we love them! I Don’t know that I’ve noticed a difference in our bodies yet but I’ll pay attention. We love our morning vitamin and night mineral routine ! Thank you!!

I think this multi has made a major different in my daily life. I feel like my body is nourished and I feel more alert and I would say not even as hungry in the mornings. Meaning I'm not starving before breakfast when I let my vitamin be the first thing. I'm grateful for this find.
