Honestly, I’m bad at taking vitamins- pills or liquid. However before starting a dry fast I randomly decided to have this.( I’d bought it for my kids but wasn’t giving it to anybody regularly) I suffer from really bad head aches when I fast and miraculously I didn’t have one that day. Needless to say I haven’t skipped since. The taste isn’t bad in the world of liquid supplements. I’ve started taking so many of their products since! I’ve got 2 of my friends on it and my great aunt. All seem to be happy customers. Thank you for such a quality product!

I have taking it for a full 7 days now and I have to say that I do feel more energized and just more healthy it’s hard to describe. I’m so thankful I came across this. I absolutely love this product. It seemed like my toddler and I were getting sick at least once a month. I was looking for a reputable, safe, liquid multivitamin we could both take and ran into this one. After 3 months we have not had not even a runny nose. We take it faithfully, daily! I don’t enjoy the flavor too much. My toddler takes it no problem. Definitely tastes better refrigerated. I will continue to use this product for sure!!!

I am so pleased with my order of Liquid Morning Multivitamin. No soy and no stevia. Now I do not have to take 16 supplements like I have been doing forever. This is big>> My hair loss is way, way down....(hyperactive thyroid.) I am 71 and feel great. Thank u for a great product...........I need to order zinc now...

So far it has been great! Not too keen on the taste of the Raspberry flavoring but not bad. I do feel it is working and I'm confident Im receiving the vitamins and nutrients that I sought out for my daily regimen. Overall satisfied and will order more to try.

On my second bottle. I have celiac and was told by my doctor I needed a multi vitamin. She recommended Mary Ruth’s. The vitamins I purchased over the counter I could not take. I’m very sensitive to meds/vits. Glad I am able to take these products.

I had really high hopes for this product. The vitamin and mineral content was much lower than the multi tab I normally take. The flavor was nauseating, and I have a very high tolerance for medicinal tastes. I mean, pinch your nose bad. I mixed it with cranberry juice, which was actually delicious, but rough on my stomach. Definitely not purchasing again

I’ve given many times of vitamins over the years to my kids and I find that this is the best! It’s very high quality and the kids like the taste! It’s really assuring to know that the kids are getting the nutrients they need every day. And Mary Ruth’s is AAA+++ ❤️❤️❤️

I love the fact that this product contains every vitamin and mineral required. I think it's difficult to tick all of those boxes these days with food alone. If I have a day that I don't eat well, I know that with Mary Ruth's liquid morning multi, I have everything I need.
