I bought the morning multivitamin for my wife. She liked the extra boost she greets each morning. I also bought her the nighttime multivitamin. I love this morning liquid vitamin! I rotate it with the daily liquid vitamin. My whole family has been on it and this is the healthiest cold/flu season we’ve ever had! I recently order morning multivitamins for my 8 year old son. Actually he stop eating all kinds of solid foods from last 4 year, he don’t have any kind of health issues but it’s all about his own wish that he stick to 1 kind of food for like year or 2 year, but for healthy body and bones it’s very important to give him nutrients values so finally I get the best multivitamins from Mary Ruth’s ,no one recommends me but I find it on google.. and within 20 days I notice some glow on his face and the way he is active now. I’ve been using this liquid vitamin for over a year. The taste is not gaggingly horrible like some people here say, but it’s not great either. I never thought that my arm, leg, and mouth tingling or my nonstop leg itching could be a reaction to the vitamins. After reading some of these one-star reviews, I’m going to stop using the vitamin and see if the tingling and itching stops.

I have tried every multivitamin you can imagine over the years but this one is the absolute best! I’m into my third week taking it and I can absolutely tell a difference. More energy and less brain fog. And I don’t have to swallow huge pills. Can’t say enough about it. Try it and you will love it!

I’ve been taking liquid morning for over two years. It taste great and has no after taste. Prior to starting the liquid morning I felt tired all of the time. I’m a very active 49-year-old. I do a high intensity interval (HIIT) workout five days a week and I strength train. Since starting liquid morning I feel completely energized. I highly recommend it as a daily multivitamin supplement.

I took this for a month and felt really good but then didn’t order and took regular store bought vitamins. After a month I noticed how tired I was and realized that the Mary Ruth vitamins did help so I ordered auto ship! Into 2 weeks taking them and haven’t noticed yet but last time it was 2-3 weeks when I did notice!
