I LOVE this multivitamin. It’s my first liquid vitamin and I honestly looking forward to taking it in the morning. I really have noticed an increased and sustained energy throughout the day. I still keep a bottle of Mary Ruth gummy multivitamins in my cabinet for when I travel, but I’m eyeing those smaller liquid version because I like it so much.

I bought this and the liquid iron, and was super excited to try them. However, the taste of both is pretty bad in my opinion and I actually have to take them like shots and immediately drink something afterwards to get rid of it. I also have a sensitive stomach and the combination of the two in the morning sometimes hurts my stomach as if someone is punching me. I also notice my acid reflux is slightly worse after taking. I haven’t been taking either long enough to feel any different or notice a difference in my overall health, so not sure how effective they are with all of the claims out there. Undecided if I will repurchase as they are not enjoyable to take.

I take advantage of your Amazon’s sale and was great purchase too. Then , about the product la all of them are very useful in my body . Good taste all of them specially the multivitamin and gummies too. I definitely increased my energy ,once I take it . What I can say is that I’ll keeping purchasing your products @Mary Ruth’s.

I love love love this vitamin!! The smell of vitamins would make me nauseous and I would vomit any kind that I’ve tried. Until now. I can take this first thing in the morning without food, and it tastes so good! Zero side effects for me ❤️ . I am a forever customer

I haven’t historically felt any effects from multi-vitamins, however this one is different. I feel better. I have more energy throughout the day and I’ve noticed my hair seems thicker around my hairline which is a bonus. It also tastes good. I’ve been using this product for three months now and I’m really loving it!

As a mom, I felt super tired and drained all the time!! I bought this multivitamin because I saw so many great reviews about it so I HAD to check it out! Well after 3 weeks I completely stopped feeling tired. I had so much energy, I started wanting to do extra things. Which were always on my mind to do but since I felt tired I wouldn't. I started making my kids breakfast by making them into animal faces, I started baking desserts every other day for my family... those are just small examples of my having more energy do "EXTRA" stuff. I have the worst time swallowing pills, it's been a struggle my whole life. It has been nearly impossible to find a good liquid multivitamin that isn't filled with terrible ingredients. I love these vitamins. I have been taking them for over a year. I have had my 14 year old son on them for about 8 months now. He suddenly hit a huge growth spurt-after all this time being the smallest in his class. They give energy, easy to digest, taste great, and well worth the money. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I’m just starting my second bottle. I like it. I told a friend about it, she has MS and said she felt a difference. She also told me her dr noticed a significant change in her and stated they planned to look into ordering too. I also just ordered the liquid probiotic.

I'm a mother to two under the age of three and have a noticeable difference in energy after taking the recommended 2 T. every morning for the past three weeks.
