Wonderful product and just the quality I was looking for, for my family. I found that I personally cannot take this product but I love the versatility. Take it as is or add to another drink. It can be customized by adding probiotics, additional supplements, etc.

My kids loved this vitamin until I opened our new bottle and the taste and smells were completely different. They won't even drink it now which is so disappointing after spending the money on it and finding a quality vitamin that they actually loved.

The vitamins taste different from last year. Like more metallic. Not extremely off putting but not as palatable as before. My kids can deal with it so we're good to go. I wish the Morning Multi came with Vit K instead of needing to make a separate purchase (of the Vitamin D/K2).

I do not like pills, therefore I always forget to take them. A friend mentioned MaryRuth's and I'm hooked! I start every morning with my shot glass of vitamin goodness! Taste isn't the best, but not horrible...its vitamin-y üòÜ. The energy I get after is amazing! On my second bottle and love it!

My sister and I have been looking for a reliable vegan multivitamin after years of taking solid pills that always left us feeling that classic “vitamin belly”. We’ve been taking this for a little over two weeks now and it’s so gentle and good. I take it on an empty stomach each morning and I’ve actually found that it help my appetite. I was looking forward to trying these because I have to take numerous vitamins a day. It was exciting to know these liquids would be easily absorbed and need only 1 ounce. Many reviews mention the "great taste". I know any liquid with that many things in it that are good for you, can't taste like candy. My taste must be very particular because neither the fruit punch or lemonade dream are palatable at to me. The probiotics are unflavored and are great! I hope to be able to get used to the taste because it would be helpful not to take handfuls of vitamins 4 times daily. I'm on the fence right now if I will even be able to finish these first bottles.

Unfortunately, the quality of vitamins and minerals in the soil have been gradually degraded over many or even hundreds of years. Which means we are getting less and less of these vital micro-nutrients into the food we eat. We can all benefit from vitamins more than ever secondary to soil depletion. I really like Mary Ruth's vitamins because the fact they are in liquid form means they begin working immediately. I noticed a change right away that my diet was not providing for me. I give this product 5 stars and I am very happy I found them. Has been a game changer. Cheers

I’m hoping to see an improvement in my hair, skin and nails. My nails have ridges, my skin is very dry and my hair has become thinner in recent years. It’s to soon to tell but I’m hopeful that these conditions will improve with time. I have been using the multi vitamins since I received them two weeks ago but I can’t give a fair rating at yet.

I never took prenatals but after I finished nursing my daughter I wanted to start vitamins. I searched for an organic one as well as liquid because I do not do well taking pills and found this! I could not be more satisfied!! It taste delicious and I really do feel a difference after I take it in the morning! Amazing product üëå
