I’m hoping to see an improvement in my hair, skin and nails. My nails have ridges, my skin is very dry and my hair has become thinner in recent years. It’s to soon to tell but I’m hopeful that these conditions will improve with time. I have been using the multi vitamins since I received them two weeks ago but I can’t give a fair rating at yet.

I love Maryruths products! Taste Great! I took a break for about two months and took gummy vitamins for those two months. I’ve had a gastric sleeve done and I could tell the difference after about a month. From my hair, nails and feeling really tired. I’m back to taking MaryRuth’s morning vitamins and nighttime minerals and I’m on my way back to feeling great again. I will not try anything else from now on.

I stopped taking this multi-vitamim due ti the cost, and switched back to an old brand. I was having acid reflux within 3 days. I quickly bought this multi-vitamin again, and have been taking it ever since! It's a great, and easy to digest multivitamin.

I purchased because my anxiety had come back really strong after a few years of not having it. The first day I used them I felt the difference. It calmed me down From feeling tense and jittery and exhausted. My face had also gotten welts on my eyes (which is a sign of adrenal fatigue) and they went away in two days. The bonus for me was that it also helped me with my concentration as well. My anxiety grew even more as my to-do list piled up on me from not feeling well. All this to say, I LOVE them and will continue to use regularly. Really recommend them!

I don't have an indicator to know how more effective the liquid vitamin is vs a pill or tablet though I've not taken a multi-vitamin tablet in many years....I get my vitamin intake from varying sources (liquid calcium, cod liver oil capsule, Folic acid tablet, vitamin c tablet, etc.) This is my second bottle so am still observing to see if this is a better way to ensure my daily vitamin requirements are being met better in this manner.

I did notice I had more energy. I didn't realize I wasn't buying a month supply - was buying the 15 dosage which I found strange that a half month option is offered, usually when you buy a vitamin you're thinking it's a month supply. It was expensive already and to buy the 30 day dosage just isn't a sustainable amount to pay each month. Maybe I would have noticed a more dramatic change had I been able to afford it long term. But I also understand having good health can be expensive.

I was introduced to this liquid vitamin by my trainer and friend and I loved it! The taste is actually pretty good, in fact, its a bit too sweet but I'd rather have that then to have the taste be like vitamins. I've ordered 2 of these already and have seen a difference in my energy levels and how I feel overall. My skin is glowing and hair looks healthy. I've told a few other friends about this and they have ordered as well. Keep on making these amazing products because those of us who cannot in my form or fashion, swallow those horse pills, are so grateful for liquid and gummy options!

First of all these taste amazing - fresh & wonderful! Kind of like a smoothie treat at breakfast. But the most important thing is I know I'm getting the vitamins I need. Oh and I also love the fact they are in liquid form and feel the absorption in my body is quicker and so much better. Thank you Mary Ruth for a wonderful product!

This is the first time I've taken these products and I started when I came back from vacation; I really like the liquid formula as I have a hard time taking pills. I must say that I am feeling better and my mood has improved and I just feel that I have more energy and my concentration is better. I will continue with these products for better overall health.

I really like the raspberry flavor. I definitely feel more energized. I have never stuck to a vitamin regimen because I get sick of “handfuls of pills”, but I can see this being part of my long term regular routine for sure! It’s so easy to take straight up or add to my morning smoothie. Thank you!
