These vitamins are amazing! After listening to Mary Ruth's story on a podcast with Kelly Leveque I decided to try her vitamins. They give me energy and help give me everything I need to feel healthy and strong! I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and bleeding ulcers this year and these vitamins make me feel energized and I know the ingredients are helping me feel better every day! I can take them on an empty stomach and there is no nausea or stomach upset. I only wished they came in a small container for trips because they have to be refrigerated :-) I'm so glad I purchased these and will be continuing to take them every day!

I have a J-Pouch, which means a lot of absorption issues, so my doctor recommended a liquid multivitamin. I've been taking this one for a little over a month now, and I can really tell a difference in my energy levels and just overall well-being. Highly recommend!!

I am 28 years old and started taking the liquid morning multivitamin in hopes that it would help my energy levels. It definitely has! When I get home after work I no longer feel worn out and I have been sleeping better! I recommend the product just with there was an option for a glass bottle (like many of their other products) because I am trying to remove plastic from my life.

These vitamins are soooo sweet!!! Actually the minerals are the sweetest. It’s hard for us to take them. We got the coconut flavor so we will try the other flavor next time. When We mix with lots of greens powder (like dr Christophers Jurassic greens) it helps. I’m curious if you’ve gotten this feedback or if most people like it this sweet. Otherwise we love them! I Don’t know that I’ve noticed a difference in our bodies yet but I’ll pay attention. We love our morning vitamin and night mineral routine ! Thank you!!

We were expecting a liquid, but it is more like a gel. It definitely needs to be in a juice to go down which is a little disappointing if you don’t want to have juice every morning. Over all flavor and quality seems good though. Not sure if I’ll get again or not.

Good taste. Ingredients are good. Very satisfied; however, when you open the bottle, the whole wrapper comes off too easily, instead of just the top part. It is very important to leave the wrapper on with the ingredients listed on it for a vitamin bottle. Thanks.

I was on the lookout for a great multivitamin that has ingredients I trusted, and I love that I can trust what’s in this multivitamin! I heard that it tasted great which got me excited, but when I tried it I wasn’t too impressed with the taste. I know it’s probably hard to make a great tasting liquid multivitamin so I try not to judge to harshly! It’s thicker than I imagined and sometimes hard to get down right in the morning. But I’m mainly glad that it’s a trustworthy multivitamin with good ingredients!

I have a super sensitive stomach and have always struggled taking vitamins by pill form. Even eating and taking afterwards it would still lead me to the bathroom. Trying Mary Ruth’s liquid vitamins has been amazing. I can say that taking it on an empty stomach, I have no issues! Which is wonderful because I want to consume my vitamins in the morning but don’t get a chance to eat until later in the morning. Thank you for the product you have developed and more!

It was suggested by my Doctor to take this Multivitamin. I was hesitant thinking about how it would taste, but I was surprised how good it was! I have the Raspberry kind. After taking it a month, I can tell how my eyelashes have grown-believe it or not!

I am still waiting to see what the effects will be after taking it for a month. I know it’s usually 30 days for some thing to really start taking affect and to work its way through your system and so that’s what I’m still waiting on. So far it seems to be OK but I just don’t know for sure as I haven’t really felt any drastic effects.
