I purchased because my anxiety had come back really strong after a few years of not having it. The first day I used them I felt the difference. It calmed me down From feeling tense and jittery and exhausted. My face had also gotten welts on my eyes (which is a sign of adrenal fatigue) and they went away in two days. The bonus for me was that it also helped me with my concentration as well. My anxiety grew even more as my to-do list piled up on me from not feeling well. All this to say, I LOVE them and will continue to use regularly. Really recommend them!

After taking this liquid vitamin for about 4 days I really noticed a difference in my health. I feel good, have more energy & am loving itüíñ I think i was really lacking the nutrients Mary Ruth's vitaim had! It is more expensive than a horse pill..aka store bought big bulky pillüòí. But it is worth every dime. I only am taking 1 Tablespoon a day .

I absolutely LOVED giving this vitamin to my daughter as well as myself each morning however one day last week it fell out of the refrigerator (was on the third shelf) and I just about lost the rest of what was left. I was so sad and cannot wait to eventually get another bottle as I looked forward to that burst of energy and hair growth we got from it as well as the overall health.

I started taking the multivitam and nighttime vitamins almost a month ago and don't see much difference in how I feel. I purchased one time before and didnt have great results but wanted to give another go. After second time around Im going back to my old trusty Nutraburst.

Of course I like the purpose of this and I like that I’m not taking a bunch of pills. The taste gets repugnant after a while so I wish these bottle came in smaller sizes so I can quickly buy a different flavor. Biggest issue is it gives me loose stools, so after just two days of drinking this I’m super gassy and having loose stools every time I use the bathroom. But my energy is good

I ordered MaryRuths liquid vitamins with $7.00 instant savings to be shipped. However when I ordered this, I wasnt given instant savings price. I called to see why. Now i have to take it to Sams Club once order is received to obtain given instant price. What an inconvenience. I dont recommend the hassel

I recently order morning multivitamins for my 8 year old son. Actually he stop eating all kinds of solid foods from last 4 year, he don’t have any kind of health issues but it’s all about his own wish that he stick to 1 kind of food for like year or 2 year, but for healthy body and bones it’s very important to give him nutrients values so finally I get the best multivitamins from Mary Ruth’s ,no one recommends me but I find it on google.. and within 20 days I notice some glow on his face and the way he is active now. I heard these vitamins were high quality and the rumors were right! This is by far the best nutritional supplement I have ever taken. I feel so much stronger and more vital since I started taking these vitamins, and I noticed the difference right away. It’s also a wonderful start to my morning after my lemon water and celery juice! This multi vitamin is great but unfortunately it’s not in a glass container anymore. It is bottled in plastic! I wish they could go back to glass as so many people avoid plastic for heath reasons! I wouldn’t even mind paying extra for glass packaging!
