I love what you are about but my family has a hard time with the taste of the raspberry liquid vitamin. My kids won’t come near when I pull it out after the first try and I have difficulty as well but know it’s good for me and pricey so I keep doing it. Love the elderberry, vit d, probiotics and kids gummies tho!

I’ve been taking the Liquid morning multi-vitamins for four months and was surprised at how much better I felt getting all those extra vitamins and minerals I needed. I noticed that my hair started growing back around my hairline and is much fuller, but the biggest difference is my dark hair returned and now I'm good 50% less grey which was so awesome! After a month of using two tablespoons every morning, I also stopped using my reading glasses, which was a huge surprise because I've used them ever since I turned forty! I also have better mental focus and more energy. I swear by these vitamins and highly recommend Mary Ruth products.

Honestly, I’m bad at taking vitamins- pills or liquid. However before starting a dry fast I randomly decided to have this.( I’d bought it for my kids but wasn’t giving it to anybody regularly) I suffer from really bad head aches when I fast and miraculously I didn’t have one that day. Needless to say I haven’t skipped since. The taste isn’t bad in the world of liquid supplements. I’ve started taking so many of their products since! I’ve got 2 of my friends on it and my great aunt. I got this for the whole family to try. I wanted something that the body can use more of, and not have fillers and sugars etc. My kids LOVE the taste, we don't forget to take it, and it never causes stomach upset either! Will definitely be keeping this on hand!

I wasn’t sure if this was doing anything for me until I ran out and didn’t have it for two weeks. I noticed a huge difference in my energy levels and clarity without it! Just ordered the fruit punch flavor :-) The raspberry flavor tastes fine but it’s not my favorite. I’ll never forget to reorder again!

I really like this multivitamin for my kids, I have even taken it occasionally. It gives me peace of mind for when my child has their day of picky eating, I just mix up a fruit smoothie and include this in there. The taste is not good when taken alone, so I always include it in something to hide the taste. A selling point for me was the form of folate - methyl folate does not work for us, but I did not want folic acid. Great product. Thanks!

I have been suffering from PMDD and have been trying everything under the sun to relieve my symptoms. I have always been anxious and untrusting when it comes to supplements but I decided to have some faith in Mary Ruths morning multi and it has been a game changer for me. It's taken 2 months of consistency to see results but my PMDD symptoms are lessening. I am going to switch to the women's multi liposomal and see how that does me since I feel I need a little more support but this is a great place to start if you are hesitant and want to see how your body responds. The taste is fine. It's not worth complaining about or taking off a star. I love love love that it is liquid also.

I love art Ruth’s liquid morning multivitamin because of the taste. Most liquid vitamins taste disgusting. I drink mine every morning with a little OJ. I tried t, liked it, and will definitely order more.👍🏽 I recommend it to any who don’t like taking pills.
