I have tried many organic multivitamins in a liquid form from health food stores and everyone of them has giving me heartburn or acid reflux. Mary Ruth’s morning multivitamin is the only liquid multivitamin that I have been able to take without any digestive problems. 10/10

I’ve been feeling lethargic lately, and I almost immediately noticed a difference in my energy level after taking this. Considering it a fluke, I waited a few months before writing this review. This is the real deal. I consistently feel much better when I remember to take it. The flavor was good but I prefer fruit punch.

I've taken so many multivitamins over the years and none of them have benefitted me as much as this one. I immediately filled with energy with no crash later on and can think clearly which is a huge deal, less brain fog. Absolutely my lifetime multivitamin!

I have been using the multivitamin for close to thirty days. I do believe that it has certainly enhanced my life force. It has put more pep in my step, my energy level has significantly improved. I'm fifty-five years old, and so, I have slowed down a bit. So, I'm so very happy with the positive results that Mary Ruths Liquid Multivitamin has provided. I recommend this product. Super easy to take every day. The flavor is a little “meh”- I will probably try strawberry next time. However, I’ve been really pleased taking it. It sits better on my stomach when I’ve taken it with some food, but overall no issues. Very pleased and will order again!

I did a bit of research before I actually bought these - read the ingredient list thoroughly, etc. When I got them, I was a bit hesitant to take the full dose, as most vitamins at full dosage will upset my stomach something fierce. But, I jumped in with both feet, so to speak, & have been taking the full dose since day 1 & have had no upset stomach. I always feel so much better when I'm taking a good multi-vitamin, mineral & anti-oxidant supplement & this one is fantastic. I only wish I could afford the probiotics & night time minerals!!!

Who knew a multivitamin could taste good? The raspberry flavor isn’t too strong, but it makes it so easy to take my daily multivitamin. It’s actually enjoyable compared to swallowing a large pill. I feel good from taking it daily (more than my previous one) and I think I have more energy if I take it on an empty stomach compared to taking it with food. Definitely recommend trying it!

I have been taking these vitamins for about a year now. I definitely notice a difference when I miss several days. I have had excellent health & really even get a cold. I have energy & enjoy the taste. I highly recommend these to all of my family & friends!

I love the fact that it’s liquid but the taste of it is not appealing. I did not notice a change in my energy after taking it for two weeks straight. My husband started taking it and did not notice a change neither. The rest is just sitting in the fridge. I really wish my experience would’ve been better because I was super excited about the product.
