I recently bought this because EVERYONE raves about how delicious it is & how well it works. I’ve had it a few days now & for some reason every time I take it I get incredibly nauseous. I tried cutting the typical dose in half & I am still nauseous. The taste isn’t that great either. I was expecting it to taste a bit better. I ended up catching a cold too which is sad because I thought this would help me not get sick but nothing is guaranteed. My son LOVES it though. He prefers this over his gummies. He enjoys the taste & doesn’t get nauseous like myself. I will continue to use it because it has great ingredients (minus the the gum ingredient) & there’s a decent amount of vitamins in this compared to others.

After reading quite a few reviews about the "great taste," I was expecting more. It's actually pretty gross, so I dilute it with water, which helps a lot. Otherwise it tastes like someone crushed up some vitamin tablets, turned it into a goop, and blew a tiny bit of raspberry-flavored Emergen-C on it. I'm also still pretty bad at remembering to take it, probably in part due to the fact that I don't like drinking it. I've been taking it for about a week now and can't say I've noticed any difference in energy level or anything else, but hopefully it's doing *something* for me. Not super impressed, so we'll see if I reorder. Maybe I'll update this review if something noticeable happens for me.

I love this morning liquid vitamin! I rotate it with the daily liquid vitamin. My whole family has been on it and this is the healthiest cold/flu season we’ve ever had! No flu shots this year and we havent had any bad illnesses and no flu! I feel like our immune systems have been in high gear this past 9 months or so since we started using Mary Ruth’s!

This is a great way to ensure our whole family is getting what they need. Love that we all can take the same product as the bottle has dosage amounts for each age group. Great flavor too. Still a Hint of vitamin but when I mix it in with some other juice, my girls don’t even mind the taste. Definitely will but again when we finish this bottle.

I am finishing up my first tall bottle. It is a good tasting orange flavored multi that I take a shot of from the fridge every morning. I got it hoping it would stop and reverse the greying hair. I don’t see any reversing or stopping yet. I have another tall bottle to be opened so🤞As far as energy and regularity with bowel movements I don’t see much either in those areas unless I combine with consciously not walking too much bc I have damaged feet from working for years on them,and eat a lot of veggies to force me to go to the bathroom anyway. My energy isn’t that noticeably changed either I’m still not a morning person. I’m in my early 40s(44)so I’m hoping to feel different and stop greying. Hoping this works but unsure if maybe I should go to the 40 plus instead? Help if you know.

I have been buying, using, researching liquid vitamins for over 30 years. Finding Mary Ruth's liquid morning vitamin has been absolutely GREAT. It tastes wonderful and I can feel the difference if I miss a few days. This is how vitamins are supposed to be. I wake up in the morning ready to go and have energy through out the day. I am approaching 60 years of age but have not intention of slowing down. Thank you for producing such a great product.

Started using this May 2021 and I love it. My story: I’m 26 and I never really took vitamins on a normal basis before. I ate gummy vitamins every now and then as a child, I also had the big natural pill vitamins as an adult, but I never took them on a constant basis. It was different with this. this vitamin is liquid so it has to stay in the fridge and I’m always in the fridge (lol), which means I notice it more and remember to take it more. I remember in the past I tried to take one of those big vitamin pills with no food and I became nauseous and literally threw up. This isn’t like that, You can Take this liquid vitamin without zero food on your stomach and you will have no symptoms. And because I didn’t take vitamins that much in the past, when I started taking this I was able to notice the affects right away. The main things that I noticed and made me happy: -bone pain went away (I think it was bc lack of vitamin D) -period cramps were a lot less (this is really what made me go omg bc I use to die the first 2 days of my period since I started puberty) -and I had more energy!

I have the worst time swallowing pills, it's been a struggle my whole life. It has been nearly impossible to find a good liquid multivitamin that isn't filled with terrible ingredients. Well, this is the one! I absolutely love this brand and I feel great about taking my vitamin every day. Thank you Mary Ruth!

Pills are hard to swallow and taste funny when they get stuck on your tongue 😖 Liquid multi vitamin to the rescue! Makes you feel saucy since you’re taking a shot, but you feel amazing, sustained energy! I’ve taken Ritual brand, Alive & several other whole food based vegan multis, and have never felt such a difference in my overall well-being.

We have tried a variety of different vitamins over the years, and these far exceed the quality and value of them all. We do the liquid morning vitamins and even my 6 year old who hated his gummy vitamins, loves this product and reminds me to give them to him! They also give a noticeable, natural energy boost!
