I do not know whether I can attribute it to the vitamins, but I am feeling well and sleeping better. I was hoping to lose some weight by lessening cravings, but no such luck... :) There is a not-so-pleasant aftertaste, but vitamins have their own flavor and it's hard to mask it. The liquid form hopefully aids absorption, so I feel like I'm getting my money's worth and not losing vitamins in the digestion process.

I wasn’t a firm Believer in vitamins. I would take them, but not consistently. I saw a couple of my friends use Mari Ruth and I decided to give it a try, given I haven’t been at the top of my health lately. I started noticing a difference within a week. Combining this with the zinc and the liquid probiotics has definitely changed my life and I feel good and have energy for the rest of the day. I have been recommending this to all of my family and friends given that it is organic, vegan, tastes good, and has all the necessary vitamins and minerals that we require. I am going to start giving this to my toddler as well!

This is the first time I've taken these products and I started when I came back from vacation; I really like the liquid formula as I have a hard time taking pills. I must say that I am feeling better and my mood has improved and I just feel that I have more energy and my concentration is better. I will continue with these products for better overall health.

So I ordered this wanting to get my health on track and was on keto (I know people have opinions on that trust me I did not stick to it very well while I took the vitamin). I had trouble with gallbladder pain (I have had issues in the past but never needed surgery) when I took the full dose of vitamin and the carb count is high especially when taken with the nighttime minerals...also I really think the flavor should just be carrot. The raspberry is not coming through. I do like the energy I get. I mostly take a half dose now. That seems to settle well with no pain.

I have trouble swallowing pills due to having a lap band. I also need vitamins for the same reason. So these liquid vitamins that taste great and keep me energized for the entire day is perfect for me. Also can’t beat the price. I’m still waiting for the hair growth to kick in but I’m confident it will with regular use. I haven’t missed a day so far!

I have been using the multivitamin for close to thirty days. I do believe that it has certainly enhanced my life force. It has put more pep in my step, my energy level has significantly improved. I'm fifty-five years old, and so, I have slowed down a bit. So, I'm so very happy with the positive results that Mary Ruths Liquid Multivitamin has provided. I recommend this product. I will be ordering again, and again.

I bought this on a recommendation to help with shedding hair but it’s done so much more! The energy I’ve gotten since taking this supplement has been amazing!! I take on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and it doesn’t bother me- I have a crazy sensitive stomach. The taste isn’t great but it’s not horrible. I got the fruit punch.

These are the best vitamins I’ve ever taken and I have tried a lot of different brands. I add the liquid vitamin into my smoothie each morning and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my energy levels. I don’t get my typical afternoon lull anymore. I will only buy this brand going forward.

I love the fact that it’s liquid but the taste of it is not appealing. I did not notice a change in my energy after taking it for two weeks straight. My husband started taking it and did not notice a change neither. The rest is just sitting in the fridge. I really wish my experience would’ve been better because I was super excited about the product.

I will start off by saying this product is certainly an acquired taste. But after a few days you get used to it and it doesn't even taste off to me anymore. As soon as I started using this product I had a burst of energy that I have never had before! I've tried several vitamins on the market and this is by the far the safest with the most vitamins included. I also love that it promotes healthy skin as well. I will never not buy Mary Ruth's Organics!
