I honestly love my liquid vitamins. I have never taken a liquid vitamin until now. But I must say it’s so easy. I haven’t skipped a day yet. I was always a bit of a slacker about taking a vitamin every day but having it in the refrigerator is so easy. One quick swig and I’m done for the day!!

The whole family is taking it from my seven year old to my 40 year old husband. It is amazing we feel great the energy it gives us is a big changer so glad I came across this on TikTok. We have been taking it for three months now and for sure we will continue. I totally recommend it.

I wish I knew about this product way before this virus has hit. I take the liquid multi vitamin and my son takes the gummy bears vitamin C. This product is pretty expensive but it's worth every penny. I wish that I had order 2 bottles of vitamin C I don't like gummy anything, but these gummy bears I can eat the entire bottle. This is the first multi-vitamin that I have felt confident taking because I know it is made with such natural ingredients. After over a month of use, I was already seeing improvements with my skin and energy. As a vegetarian, I always worry about ensuring I am getting all of my proper nutrients but hate to take drug-store supplements because of all of the harsh chemicals. I was looking for an alternative to another multi mineral supplement that was very pricey and wasn't sure I would find anything that wold work just as well, but wow I immediately feel the results of this product and my kids love taking it. I don't have an indicator to know how more effective the liquid vitamin is vs a pill or tablet though I've not taken a multi-vitamin tablet in many years....I get my vitamin intake from varying sources (liquid calcium, cod liver oil capsule, Folic acid tablet, vitamin c tablet, etc.) This is my second bottle so am still observing to see if this is a better way to ensure my daily vitamin requirements are being met better in this manner.

I'm only starting week 2, but I'm not noting anything amazing yet. My previous women's multivitamin had mood stabilizing properties and a probiotic built-in in. I really liked that one a may go back after finishing this bottle. The raspberry doesn't taste very good, either.

Who can complain about not having to swallow pills or a nasty taste left behind in one's mouth? You won't be doing either with this product! I look forward to my vitamins in the am because it comes in a tasty liquid and you can take it on an empty stomach without any upset. I love this product and my mom tried it and she has had me continue ordering it for her. I only take a tablespoon of the day and the night vitamin and I feel satisfied with that doseage.

I was looking forward to trying these because I have to take numerous vitamins a day. It was exciting to know these liquids would be easily absorbed and need only 1 ounce. Many reviews mention the "great taste". I know any liquid with that many things in it that are good for you, can't taste like candy. My taste must be very particular because neither the fruit punch or lemonade dream are palatable at to me. The probiotics are unflavored and are great! I hope to be able to get used to the taste because it would be helpful not to take handfuls of vitamins 4 times daily. I'm on the fence right now if I will even be able to finish these first bottles.

I have been taking MaryRuth’s Multivitamin for about 3 weeks and so far I’ve noticed long healthy nails, a bunch of new baby hair and energy. I’m so happy with the product and did I mention an increase of energy? I enjoyed the flavor as well. I’m very pleased with the product so far.
