I've been dedicated to this morning multivitamin for three years now, and have seen marked improvements in my nails, hair, and skin, as well as feeling better when I take it. My sister is a P.A. and she encouraged me to try these vitamins. I have not taken a daily vitamin since I was a kid (I'm 25 now). I am someone who has a terrible immune system. If someone is sick around me, I will most likely get sick. I am also iron deficient and just overall don't ever feel great. It doesn't taste like candy but it's also super easy to take. I have a very sensitive stomach and this has never give me a gut ache at all. I highly recommend this to my family and friends. It's funny that I got an email to leave a review because I was thinking this morning about how good I was sleeping and feeling and my thoughts are that it is this vitamin.

I've been taking this multivitamin for years now and can't imagine being without it. Besides not wanting to take one more supplement in pill form, I genuinely really like how I feel after I take this multivitamin. I like the fact that it assimilates into my system faster due to it being in liquid form. I always try to order when they offer a discount or if there's a sale because the product is pricey, but I also understand the concept of paying for quality ingredients and you can't put a price on self investment.

I’ve been taking the vitamin daily for about 2 months. Not sure if it’s working, but I’m not going to stop taking it and find out lol I love that it actually taste good. Most liquid vitamins are thick and leave a horrible taste in the mouth. Even my little brother enjoyed them. I will continue to purchase these in hopes that something anazing is happening internally.

Never in my life have I actually "felt" my vitamins immediately until now. I could actually feel my body say, "Thank you!" I've also never taken a liquid vitamin and I think that makes a huge difference. I LOVE what Mary Ruth stands for and I'm now a huge fan.

Just received bottle, cannot open the bottle, seal ring Brocken but will not open. Not sure what will do, very suspicious of cap so tight cannot open the bottle, I have trouble with opening the liquid multivitamins and collagen booster, pressure so high that once seal is Brocken product squirts out. Poor packaging, which is frustrating. Not sure what will do about current situation.

I love having a "start" and "finish" to my day doing something that is great for me! Each morning I take the multi-vitamin and at night the multi-mineral. The taste is great and my sleep has improved (without the help of nighttime aids) which was one of my primary goals.

I have tried a bottle for a month, and I can see significant difference on my overall health: better focus, better skin/hair/nail, and with pumping energy throughout the day. The best part is you can take it on empty stomach. It has flavors, and easy to swallow since it is liquid. This will be my only brand for my supplements going forward! Highly recommended!
