I have a hard time swallowing pills so all the horse pill vitamins went in the trash after I found Mary Ruth’s liquid multi vitamins. I love em and since I’ve been taking them, along with Mary Ruth’s multi mineral, B complex and vitamin D3, I feel great! Tons of energy and sleeping well at night. I am on the subscription program too!!

I was looking for a liquid vitamin for awhile. I don’t like taking pills so I wanted to find a multi vitamin that would accommodate all of my vitamin and amino acid needs. This vitamin has given me more energy and I feel less tired and my hair is getting thicker. One more thing it taste great!!! Winner and my favorite! God bless

I love Maryruths products! Taste Great! I took a break for about two months and took gummy vitamins for those two months. I’ve had a gastric sleeve done and I could tell the difference after about a month. From my hair, nails and feeling really tired. I’m back to taking MaryRuth’s morning vitamins and nighttime minerals and I’m on my way back to feeling great again. I will not try anything else from now on.

I've never been able to feel good on multivitamin pills or gummed but knew that even despite a healthy and varied diet, I need some added vitamins and minerals on a daily basis. It took about a week for this stuff to take effect but it's amazing. I have so much energy, feeling happy and just overall better. I was a little skeptical at first but I highly recommend! I’ve been taking these for about four months now. I love them!! Vitamins are hard for me to take as they mostly upset my stomach. Especially when I take them in the morning. These I can take on an empty stomach with no problem. I will continue to take these along with the night minerals.

I have noticed such an improvement in my health especially in my skin and nails. My skin is so much more hydrated and soft while my nails have become so much stronger when they used to be so brittle. I have also noticed a difference in my overall health and remembering to take my multivitamin every morning has helped me establish a morning routine which I love. These truly are the best vitamins I’ve ever taken. I never felt better. My only issue is the taste of the raspberry. I remember when there was a cherry flavor for a limited time, and the cherry flavor was much easier to take. It tastes so much better than the raspberry, and I wish the cherry flavor would come back. If it wasn’t for the flavor, this is without a doubt 5 Stars.

My fiancé and I are constantly getting sick in the winter. We’ve changed our diets, or sleep schedules, exercise every day, nothing had worked keeping us from getting sick. My 2 1/2 and 4 1/2 year old love these. They don’t mind the taste at all and when we consistently give them daily I notice a huge improvement in their immunity and energy. Would highly recommend for parents with kids on the spectrum who don’t like to swallow or chew their vitamins.
