Love this stuff, Always used the tablets. resent labs of and tired all the time. Since using the liquid vitamins I have had more energy and labs are looking better. Have also been using the nighttime liquid multivit and minerals. I am a 4 year out gastric bypass patient.

I love Maryruths products! Taste Great! I took a break for about two months and took gummy vitamins for those two months. I’ve had a gastric sleeve done and I could tell the difference after about a month. From my hair, nails and feeling really tired. I’m back to taking MaryRuth’s morning vitamins and nighttime minerals and I’m on my way back to feeling great again. I will not try anything else from now on.

I have been taking this liquid multi-vitamin since the start of the new year 2023 and it's been almost 4 months! I have yet to get sick (knock on wood) and I feel more energized in my morning routine. This has become a staple and I look forward to having it every morning.

Great product. I’m on my second bottle. I can’t say I see drastic changes but I know it’s working. TikTok isn’t lying my hair is growing 🤣🤷🏻‍♀️ I have several baby hairs where my hairline was receding starting to come back in a big way. Tastes good too.

I had really high hopes for this product. The vitamin and mineral content was much lower than the multi tab I normally take. The flavor was nauseating, and I have a very high tolerance for medicinal tastes. I mean, pinch your nose bad. I mixed it with cranberry juice, which was actually delicious, but rough on my stomach. Definitely not purchasing again

I purchased this for many reasons but mainly because I have a autoimmunedisease that kills all energy levels. I always feel tired. May hair is dry and falling out and wanted a vitamin that was all natural thatceiuod impact my system positively. I’ve been using just a couple of weeks but can tell the difference. I don’t feel like a need to lay down or rest as much.

I will be starting my 2nd bottle next week. And right now I'm trying not to get my phone wet because I'm crying happy tears !!! When I ordered I had serious doubts. We all know about a product advertising that it does something and doesn't. I'm a weightloss surgery patient. And I'm 17 months post op. I was just about balled in the top and front of my head. Literally no bangs left. My confidence was gone. Please don't doubt this product !!! It does what it says it will. I'm the type of person that does not give reviews on products but this one deserves the highest. I also have increased energy and mental clarity. Thanks Mary Ruth !!

I have a hard time taking pills and the multivitamin pill that I have taken in the past was a HORSE PILL!!! Finding this liquid Multivitamin has been such a life saver for me!! The taste is wonderful and I just add all of my other liquid vitamins to it (Iron, Zinc and Allergy Drops). It's so nice to take everything all at once now!! I have tried many organic multivitamins in a liquid form from health food stores and everyone of them has giving me heartburn or acid reflux. Mary Ruth’s morning multivitamin is the only liquid multivitamin that I have been able to take without any digestive problems. 10/10
