I am very happy with the taste of these liquid morning Multi Vitamins!! It doesn’t bother my stomach and seems easily digested. I’m hoping over time that I’ll see improvements in my strength, bloodwork and other tests that I continue to have to monitor my health as in dealing with several autoimmune disorders. However, I would love to see the formula with xanthan gum omitted as this is a culprit in leaky gut and digestive problems according to the research of Dr. Haas and Elaine Gottschall in her book Breaking The Vicious Cycle. I highly recommend reading it to everybody who wants to improve their health, especially digestive health. Overall I truly like Mary Ruth’s liquid morning vitamin and I look forward to trying more of your formulas and supplements.

These products are great! Since I am taking them on the same days, I cannot comment on them separately. Most noticeable for me is the tingly/crawly feeling in my back has ceased, and my sleeps are deeper. And I love the pineapple multi mineral flavour. It’s like having a yummy mini milkshake!

I’m so happy I found these supplements because I was so tired of having so many pills that I had to swallow. Some of them won’t stay down and they get stuck in my throat. I look forward to taking tha morning multivitamin because it’s not only easier for me to ingest, it makes me feel better overall.

I have been taking the liquid multivitamin for the past month, and have been very happy with it. SO I tried the new probiotic. Well, I just tried a small amount, 10 small drops with water, and for the next three hours, my stomach was quite upset. I decided NOT to try it again, but I did want to let you know about this.

I’ve been using this liquid vitamin for over a year. The taste is not gaggingly horrible like some people here say, but it’s not great either. I never thought that my arm, leg, and mouth tingling or my nonstop leg itching could be a reaction to the vitamins. After reading some of these one-star reviews, I’m going to stop using the vitamin and see if the tingling and itching stops.

I have always had a problem keeping down food (let alone vitamin capsules) especially in the morning, but the liquid multivitamin has been a life saver! Since I have trouble keeping things down, a good multivitamin is so important so I take the raspberry MaryRuth’s Organics Liquid Multivitamin in a shot glass with a few droppers of the MaryRuth’s Organics Adrenal/Focus Herbal Blend followed by a glass of water and it makes me feel great (with no urge to expel!). I recommend this to anyone but especially those who struggle with acid reflux/vomiting! It will give you the start you need for a ‘successful eating day’!

I ordered MaryRuths liquid vitamins with $7.00 instant savings to be shipped. However when I ordered this, I wasnt given instant savings price. I called to see why. Now i have to take it to Sams Club once order is received to obtain given instant price. What an inconvenience. I dont recommend the hassel

I’ve always struggled with a sudden loss of energy/fatigue about mid-day for as long as I can remember. I’ve tried various different pill vitamins and none made a difference. Ever since I started taking this morning liquid vitamin, I’ve noticed my mid-day crash is almost non-existent. Great product that I will continue to incorporate into my daily routine!

So far I am really enjoying the liquid morning multivitamin (raspberry) and the nighttime minerals (coconut). I think I am sleeping a lot better and not waking up intermittently. I will definitely be reordering and I am excited to try some of the other favors and products too.

I have reordered this product now 4 times and LOVE it. It has all of the vitamins that I was looking to add into my nutrition and more. For women's health it's especially important to have folate, and I love that this product has folate. Just go straight for the subscription because you'll love it.
