Unfortunately, the quality of vitamins and minerals in the soil have been gradually degraded over many or even hundreds of years. Which means we are getting less and less of these vital micro-nutrients into the food we eat. We can all benefit from vitamins more than ever secondary to soil depletion. I really like Mary Ruth's vitamins because the fact they are in liquid form means they begin working immediately. I noticed a change right away that my diet was not providing for me. It is sooooo much easier to take liquid supplements That is why I like MaryRuth. But I am having trouble with the nighttime liquids because they are soooo sweet. The coconut was extremely sweet. I tried the cranberry which is better but a bit much too. Is the pineapple less sweet?

This vitamin is amazing, I love it and it’s helped me so much with my energy and just feeling fulfilled. My 1 year old son takes the elderberry straight so well. Our body is a sacred temple and it must be nurtured and tended too, I’ve gone through 10 back surgeries and an emergency csection my body had been through heck and back, god was my light in the darkness and brought me this vitamin it’s helped me in postpartum with postpartum hair loss and elderberry and iodine for regulating hormones. I was a bit skeptical because I was reading the taste wasn't as desirable but it is great for me. Now I have to say I am not a fan of sugar and sweets, so maybe that's a reason. Pretty soon I have to get on the AM and PM bandwagon and make it part of my wellness regime.

My son who is almost 3 thinks this is candy, he takes his vitamins and asks for more everytime. I’m so glad he loves it! Also my boyfriend loves it too. It’s the only vitamins he can take that don’t hurt his stomach. These are amazing for the most sensitive and picky people.

I have a sensitive stomach to most all vitamins, but this liquid does not bother me at all. No stomach aches or burping. It definitely does make your urine vibrant though! I had a cold and once I started the daily dosage I felt better within a couple of days days with lots of newfound energy! I will be ordering more products for sure!

Great product Bt once I’m vaccinated, I will return to more cost effective reg one a day vitamins. Not enuf sales. Unless u join or subscribe? N really, even then not along time fix. I purchased the gut health bundle just over 2 weeks ago and so far I’ve noticed over the past few days some increased energy and a lot less bloating. My moods have also improved a bit. I’ll see what the future hold after continued use and drop in with an update.
