I hate the raspberry flavor. The last two times I’ve ordered it I thought I ordered the flavor I got originally which is really good(pineapple or coconut-something like that). I couldn’t even pawn it off on my daughter-she disliked it too. I’m not going to try to send it back but I was discouraged, especially this last time I thought I had ordered the other flavor. Then the raspberry came so I thought that’s it for me. Not going to order this anymore. I do love the flavor of the mineral one I take at night though.

I don't like swallowing so many capsules so the liquid multivitamin is a much welcomed alternative to taking supplements! The taste is good and I often mix other liquid supplements (iron, elderberry syrup) in with it so I just have to take my vitamins once a day.

I just started my Mary Ruth's morning vitamins a little over a week ago and wow. What a difference. I'm not very big on the texture (I'm sensitive to textures as it is.) But they taste good and it mixes very well with fluids and smoothies. I have noticed a difference in my body. I have more energy, and just over all my body is feeling better.
