I have been taking the morning multivitamin and the probiotic everyday. I have had terrible headaches since after having my son in July, since I have been taking this daily and very consistently I had notice a huge change in how I feel throughout the day plus have had less headaches!!

I got the recommendation from my friend and so we ordered. The first few days our guts had some adjusting to do. At about the 7 days mark, everything got back to normal and we are feeling fantastic. My 9 year old daughter is even falling asleep quicker and her mood has been much better!

I am doing the AIP diet for Hashimoto’s, and there are a few things in the ingredients that I typically stay away from, but I wanted to give this a try. I’m not sure if it is a specific vitamin or one of the additives, but I felt off while taking this. I am going to try again but with half the dose.

I notice that my 9year old is more vibrant at times gets asthma with the changes of the season or weather and allergies. But he’s been GREAT and I use to give him these chewy like multi vitamin with minerals he didn’t like the lingering of the taste and he needed to take 2 tablets but with this ORGANIC MULTI VITAMINS only a small amount is all that’s needed and it’s liquid so he takes it quick and washes it down with a little water. But I got to say my boy is vibrate I can see the difference. I feel like he’s getting the right amount of natural nutrients his body needs. And it’s 32fl oz so it will last you for a good amount of time. I like that fact that you have to keep it in the fridge it ORGANIC and that’s how it’s supposed to to be. The body absorbs it better. I have the worst time swallowing pills, it's been a struggle my whole life. It has been nearly impossible to find a good liquid multivitamin that isn't filled with terrible ingredients. Well, this is the one! I absolutely love this brand and I feel great about taking my vitamin every day. Thank you Mary Ruth!

Everyone in my home takes this multivitamin, from the kids to the adults. I had blood drawn to check my overall health and the Dr. basically told me to keep taking whatever I was taking because my results were very good. They assumed I might be low in Vit D and Mag, but nope! All good thanks to Mary Ruth Multi!

I love my Mary Ruth’s liquid morning multivitamin. Knowing that I’m kick starting my day and my body off with a complete and well rounded organic multi, gives me a boost. I’ve noticed a glow to my skin and an improvement to the texture of my hair.. not to mention it’s delicious and easy!

It's only been just over a week but so far I like it. It doesn't upset my stomach like EVERYTHING else has. It does have a vitamin type after taste but I chase it down with some cranberry juice and it's fine. I feel like I"m having more energy during the day

I tried one tablespoon of the multivitamins and felt shaky and nauseous for a few hours. I stopped taking after that experience. My little ones loved it and had no side affects but after my experience I’m still on the fence about giving it to them again.

These vitamins are soooo sweet!!! Actually the minerals are the sweetest. It’s hard for us to take them. We got the coconut flavor so we will try the other flavor next time. When We mix with lots of greens powder (like dr Christophers Jurassic greens) it helps. I’m curious if you’ve gotten this feedback or if most people like it this sweet. Otherwise we love them! I Don’t know that I’ve noticed a difference in our bodies yet but I’ll pay attention. We love our morning vitamin and night mineral routine ! Thank you!!
