So far I love it, taste great with no bad after taste or stomach upset..you know that lingering frog that shoots off gas bubbles throughout your mornings. Yikes! Great product. A friend recently commented how thick my hair was.. what?? My hair has always been thin- never has anyone remarked on thickness!

I did like the product. The taste is absolutely doable for a liquid vitamin. I also like that the ingredients are organic. I will say however, that the product is rather pricey for the amount you receive. While it is sustainable for some people/families to pay this price monthly... I am not sure it is something I will continue to purchase due to the hearty price. I didn’t notice any change, other than my pee color.

I saw an ad for Mary Ruths on tik Tok for the multi vitamin and mainly decided to try it because my hair was thinning and this was advertised as helping a lot of women with that, I am 43 , I have taken this product for 2 months now and I have seen a huge improvement along with the hair gummies its like night and day, I have gotten several compliments and recommended it to friends of mine and will keep doing so moving forward. highly recommend!

We loved the taste of the previous formula - the new formula tastes terrible. I contacted support and they were of course wonderful and offered to send another bottle. They explained that there is a new formula in circulation (in addition to the older formula still in circulation) that changes the taste and they can not guarantee which one will be sent. They are also collecting feedback on the new formula so I would encourage sending feedback in the live chat and through reviews. I use it for my kids so the bottle lasts a long time.

I took this for a month and felt really good but then didn’t order and took regular store bought vitamins. After a month I noticed how tired I was and realized that the Mary Ruth vitamins did help so I ordered auto ship! Into 2 weeks taking them and haven’t noticed yet but last time it was 2-3 weeks when I did notice!

I been on it the Liquid Multivitamin for 3 weeks now. I haven't really noticed anything new from taking it, but I do Love the taste. The Raspberry flavor is really good. The liquid is really thick. I have to admit, I take my tongue and try to get every bit of it out.üòã

This is my second order of these liquid vitamins. I wasn't completely sure about them on my first order, but after about three weeks of taking them I am convinced these are great for me! I definitely have more energy, especially in the morning when I sometimes felt sluggish. And I am not a coffee drinker, so lack of caffeine was not the issue. Also, I have noticed a definite improvement in my nails! These will be on re-order from now going forward!

Wonderful! I used gummy vitamins for years because they didn’t hurt my stomach although the downside to them is that they are loaded with sugar. Yes, it was my candy fix each day (LOLOL) OFF the gummies now and ON with Mary Ruth:) The B-12 spray is AMAZING and the liquid multivitamin has DEFINITELY given me more stamina. Yes it is a bit expensive BUT you get what you pay for AND I noticed that you have “affordability” options. So far I am fine but if I am having a financial challenge in the future it’s nice to know that I may not have to give up this WONDERFUL nourishment for my body. Product is AWESOME!

I’ve been taking the Liquid morning multi-vitamins for four months and was surprised at how much better I felt getting all those extra vitamins and minerals I needed. I noticed that my hair started growing back around my hairline and is much fuller, but the biggest difference is my dark hair returned and now I'm good 50% less grey which was so awesome! After a month of using two tablespoons every morning, I also stopped using my reading glasses, which was a huge surprise because I've used them ever since I turned forty! I also have better mental focus and more energy. I swear by these vitamins and highly recommend Mary Ruth products.
