I’ve been taking this vitamin For a few months now. I love it. My hair is growing is sections that were always short. My only complaint is that I have to put it in the fridge. It gets thick and harder to pour. So my only reason for giving it a 4! Love everything about it.

I am on my 2nd bottle of the Raspberry flavor & 1st bottle of the strawberry flavor. I was taking chewable vitamins and decided to try this. Have to say that I will be going back to the chewable. The taste / flavor on this is off. Not Raspberry or Strawberry. Also after 2+ months both my wife and I noticed no improvements, if anything we both agree that our energy level went down. They are higher in carbs.

This is my first time trying a liquid multivitamin. It tastes good and has a lot of the vitamins in it that I have been taking separately. I feel good in the mornings. I would like to continue with this, however it is pricey. Would like to see some sales and coupon codes to help with cost since I also just started with the nighttime liquid minerals. Love Mary Ruth products.

The taste was a bit interesting at first. But now I look forward to it. Love the ingredients. I was taking another liquid vitamin that didn’t have enough benefits then I found this one. My new and forever favorite liquid vitamins! Thank you for creating a multivitamin that’s super beneficial.

My two favorite things about this multi is that it is liquid and includes bcaas; however, it is a bit too sweet for me so I am not sure I will continue to order it regularly but would order it again given it's liquid and I take so many capsules. I know that it is 0 sugar which is good but I would prefer less sweet.

I’ve given many times of vitamins over the years to my kids and I find that this is the best! It’s very high quality and the kids like the taste! It’s really assuring to know that the kids are getting the nutrients they need every day. And Mary Ruth’s is AAA+++ ❤️❤️❤️

Since starting these liquid vitamins and the probiotic turmeric supplements, my body feels so great!! My brain fog seems to be lifting a little, my energy levels are up, and my gut is starting to feel more regular! These are great and I will definitely be reordering!

I really enjoyed the liquid morning & night vitamins but we lost power in Connecticut due to the storm, our power was out for 2 weeks and it was so hard to find ice to preserve the vitamins and they got spoiled! :( The raspberry taste was interesting but I definitely felt healthy & more energized. I still have the collagen gummies and I love them. Grateful for a company to have such pure ingredients & good intentions. Will purchase more vitamins in the future.

Typically with vitamins in pill form I’ll take them for a day or two and then forget. Mainly I think I “forget” because I absolutely gag when I have to swallow pills, and just despise the thought of them. They also make me feel very nauseous. To the point I’ll get body sweats and need to lay down. The morning multi has changed my life. I don’t mind taking it at all. In fact I like taking it…I think the consistency and color are very pleasing. The taste is lightly flavored, I got Raspberry, with a mild vitamin taste. Nothing bad at all. I look forward to keeping my health strong with the help of Mary Ruth’s as I head into my 40’s
