So I am on the fence about this, I like that it’s not another pill to take. Multivitamin could never be taken on an empty stomach or you get vitamin burps for hours. I would end up forgetting because I had to eat first to not upset my stomach. Liquid vitamin is easy on the stomach. I believe I am on the 4th or 5th bottle so far, I just realized lately I wasn’t taking enough, 1 TBSP instead of 2! This last bottle however is extra sweet, it kinda reminds me of taking cough syrup which I don’t like. I have always thought they ran on the sweet side, but this last bottle is very sweet. It makes me a little leery having something so sweet first thing in the morning, even though it’s sugar free, will my body still think it’s sugar? I wish they weren’t sooo sweet. I feel the same about the liquid IRON by Mary Ruth and the hair liposomal, that was like drinking Carmel syrup. I try to stay away from sugar- so maybe this is why it taste “extra” to me, I don’t know.

I love these liquid vitamins! I notice a huge difference if I miss a dose and don’t take them. I recently had surgery and had to go off of them one week prior and one week after. I could not wait to get them back in my system. Ps- my nails grow like crazy on these vitamins

I didn't realize I needed to refrigerate after opening, and so I fear after leaving it out for 3 days that much of this has gone bad. I meticulously read other vitamin information on the label to make sure that I wasn't overlapping with other supplements but missed the artfully designed small and subtle "refrigerate after opening" warning. I wish this had said something on the external box it came in. I can't really test this in earnest. I had stomach upset on day 3 and don't know if that is why... :[

My son lives his vitamins. He was diagnosed with cancer AML Leukemia to be exact. At the age of 1 he relapsed and had to receive a stem cell transplant. His oncologist recommended we use vitamins with no Iron. And I’m glad I came across Mary Ruth’s because it’s just what my son needed and he lives taking them. He is 4 years old and doing good thank God

I've tried many other multivitamins, but never actually felt energized or saw any physical results. With this liquid multivitamin, I have more energy and my skin looks so much more clear and radiant. I've been slightly anemic these past few years, and after 2 months of taking this product my bloodwork showed my red blood cells and hemoglobin increased and my folate and vit B12 are on the higher end of the reference range (folate and B12 are needed for red blood cell production, so it makes sense these areas would all elevate). I was surprised because I really don't eat as much as I should, but I also didn't expect to see my labs improve. Again, I've tried other multivitamins and my labs didn't really change, nor did I feel much different after consistently taking them. I was not expecting it to be as effective as it is, but this product stayed true to its claims. I would highly recommend anyone interested in it to give it a try!

I saw an ad for Mary Ruths on tik Tok for the multi vitamin and mainly decided to try it because my hair was thinning and this was advertised as helping a lot of women with that, I am 43 , I have taken this product for 2 months now and I have seen a huge improvement along with the hair gummies its like night and day, I have gotten several compliments and recommended it to friends of mine and will keep doing so moving forward. highly recommend!

Wonderful! I used gummy vitamins for years because they didn’t hurt my stomach although the downside to them is that they are loaded with sugar. Yes, it was my candy fix each day (LOLOL) OFF the gummies now and ON with Mary Ruth:) The B-12 spray is AMAZING and the liquid multivitamin has DEFINITELY given me more stamina. Yes it is a bit expensive BUT you get what you pay for AND I noticed that you have “affordability” options. So far I am fine but if I am having a financial challenge in the future it’s nice to know that I may not have to give up this WONDERFUL nourishment for my body. Product is AWESOME!

I stopped taking this multi-vitamim due ti the cost, and switched back to an old brand. I was having acid reflux within 3 days. I quickly bought this multi-vitamin again, and have been taking it ever since! It's a great, and easy to digest multivitamin.
