On my second bottle. I have celiac and was told by my doctor I needed a multi vitamin. She recommended Mary Ruth’s. The vitamins I purchased over the counter I could not take. I’m very sensitive to meds/vits. Glad I am able to take these products.

I just started using the multi vitamin morning. Its been almost a month and I am impressed that my stomach can tolerate it. I have a very sensitive stomach. I have been healthy so far and I do have to say every other day I added the Elderberry drops to my routine as well. I have a very low immune system due to gastric bypass surgery 14 years ago. I have lost 170 lbs and I have bad stomach problems. So happy to find something I can take!

Honestly, I’m bad at taking vitamins- pills or liquid. However before starting a dry fast I randomly decided to have this.( I’d bought it for my kids but wasn’t giving it to anybody regularly) I suffer from really bad head aches when I fast and miraculously I didn’t have one that day. Needless to say I haven’t skipped since. The taste isn’t bad in the world of liquid supplements. I’ve started taking so many of their products since! I’ve got 2 of my friends on it and my great aunt. It’s been great so far since taking this vitamins before eating anything in the morning, I’m not sure but I felt full every time I had it and I only eat tiny bit of breakfast but still I felt good and full of energy 😊, it’s very easy to use and made of organic ingredients which is a plus.

Love this stuff, Always used the tablets. resent labs of and tired all the time. Since using the liquid vitamins I have had more energy and labs are looking better. Have also been using the nighttime liquid multivit and minerals. I am a 4 year out gastric bypass patient.

I had my trachea damaged by a doctor 20 years ago so try to take liquid vitamins as much as possible. They also have the advantage of entering the blood stream much faster than pills. I like this vitamin. Nothing earth shattering compared to other vitamins but I will buy again. Compared to other liquids I do believe this is slightly better. Overall, I am going to try several of Mary Ruth's Organics.

I've never been able to feel good on multivitamin pills or gummed but knew that even despite a healthy and varied diet, I need some added vitamins and minerals on a daily basis. It took about a week for this stuff to take effect but it's amazing. I have so much energy, feeling happy and just overall better. I was a little skeptical at first but I highly recommend! Just give it a try!

I’ve been taking these for about four months now. I love them!! Vitamins are hard for me to take as they mostly upset my stomach. Especially when I take them in the morning. These I can take on an empty stomach with no problem. I will continue to take these along with the night minerals.
