I've been taking this multivitamin for years now and can't imagine being without it. Besides not wanting to take one more supplement in pill form, I genuinely really like how I feel after I take this multivitamin. I like the fact that it assimilates into my system faster due to it being in liquid form. I always try to order when they offer a discount or if there's a sale because the product is pricey, but I also understand the concept of paying for quality ingredients and you can't put a price on self investment.

This Liquid Morning Multi Vitamin has surpassed all my hopes. I went into taking this skeptically, expecting the hype to not fulfill in the smallest degree. To my utter surprise, within about 4 days i could tell i felt better and had more energy! I like how the liquid gets into the bloodstream faster than pills or gummies. I did not find the taste unpleasant. Now i notice if i have not had my dose within a couple days. I only wish there was a travel size, so i could take it on vacations, etc. I have encouraged a couple of my friends to change their vitamin regime to Mary Ruth's. One did and now she swears by it as well!

I have had a very hard year with surgeries, malnutrition from not being able to eat amongst other things... over half my hair has fallen out ( not exaggerating) I started Mary ruths mon. multivitamin 2 weeks ago and I have already began to see a significant amount of new baby hairs coming back in !!! I can tell it’s helping replenish my vitiman levels that dropped low before I started the vitimans..I’m so thankful for these!!!

I'm in love with everything MaryRuth! I was never consistent with pill versions and I've been taking the Liquid Multivitamin for a few years and I've seen a great change in my energy. I can assume the health benefits are also checking out; I've never had any red flags appear during my yearly check-ups. The Raspberry flavor is delicious! The best part of my morning.

I noticed the first day after taking it. But I didn’t feel as tired as I usually would have. I felt more weight and had more energy to get things down. Normally, I would always feel so tired and exhausted and all I want to do was just lay in bed. But after taking Mary Ruth, even though it’s only been a week, I’ve been taking it I am feeling much more weight or more energy and that I like. ☺️

I recently bought this because EVERYONE raves about how delicious it is & how well it works. I’ve had it a few days now & for some reason every time I take it I get incredibly nauseous. I tried cutting the typical dose in half & I am still nauseous. The taste isn’t that great either. I was expecting it to taste a bit better. I ended up catching a cold too which is sad because I thought this would help me not get sick but nothing is guaranteed. My son LOVES it though. He prefers this over his gummies. He enjoys the taste & doesn’t get nauseous like myself. I will continue to use it because it has great ingredients (minus the the gum ingredient) & there’s a decent amount of vitamins in this compared to others.

I purchased the Elderberry supplement and the Morning Multivitamin. We LOVED the Elderberry - taste and all :) The taste of the Multivitamin wasn’t really raspberry so I have been putting it in our yogurt and the kids eat it just fine! I have noticed a difference in energy, which is nice, and I’m so grateful that it is liquid instead of a capsule!

I love it, wasn't a fan of the taste but the benefits were awesome. I have more energy, my nails grow alot faster. It helped me to working out again, and even started running and I'm no runner..that's how much energy it gives me. Especially since I'm tired most of the time because my girl isn't the best sleeper

I was really disappointed at the texture and taste of this vitamin. I tried to add it to hot water with lemon to make a drink. I only added 1 TB even though the serving size is two and still found it super strong and gross. I loved the gummies though!

They taste great! I don’t always remember to take them everyday even when I leave the bottle on the counter but I definitely love take this multivitamin over pills any day. Great job, I must say I have noticed my nails growing longer faster and they don’t break as easily as they used to.
