This vitamin is fantastic! I can tell it's absorbed fast and gives me lasting energy all day! As a mom of 3 I need all the energy I can get and I'm so thankful I found this vitamin. I love the ease of drinking my vitamins verses taking 8 individual vitamins like I was before. Can't say u feel a whole lot different, but on the days I wake up tired, after taking my morning liquid vitamins, it's easier to get through the day without feeling sluggish. The flavor isn't bad either. I do wish there was a way to avoid the plastic, both bottle and package fillers.

We finally found the right vitamins for our family. Our family of 5 uses this every day. Our kids (6, 4 and 3 yrs) ask every morning to take their "medicine" as they call it. It has boosted their immune systems and we have been healthier this school year then ever.

My kids loved this vitamin until I opened our new bottle and the taste and smells were completely different. They won't even drink it now which is so disappointing after spending the money on it and finding a quality vitamin that they actually loved.

I've been very happy with these vitamins! I've always hated swallowing pills, so I love being able to stir my vitamins in to a small glass of juice every morning. They do not have a strong flavor and the mild flavor that I do taste is actually good! I've also noticed that I've been feeling a bit better and even in just a few weeks I feel these vitamins have made a noticeable difference in my skin, hair and nails. My hair suddenly started feeling quite a bit longer/healthier and I've been having to trim my nails more frequently. I will definitely be buying more! Also an added bonus is the cute packaging. :) I highly recommend this liquid morning multivitamin!

My family and I are so grateful for finding Mary Ruth! My kids were talking gummies (another brand) but deep down it didn't set well with me...that it really wasn't good for them. It's so very hard to find a really good multivitamin with REAL INGREDIENTS!!! Not full of sugar and synthetics ingredients. That shows she really cares! As they went to their doctor visit....they were lacking in certain vitamins. That let me know right there that I needed to find something better for us.
