Myself and my two kids (6 & 3) have been taking this product in the raspberry flavor for about 1 month. So far we really like it. My oldest doesn't particularly like the taste, but he will still take it without mixing it with anything. Personally, the taste is not delicious but is decent enough. It seems to be keeping us healthy and I have more energy since starting this product.

I had the gastric sleeve three years ago and I have been searching for great vitamins. The only downside is they don’t contain iron. I don’t want to have to spend an additional 44.$ on iron. I will buy iron and c capsules. Thanks for a great product

My 99 year old mother didn’t like taking pills, so I bought the liquid multivitamin and I had no issue getting her to take her vitamins. I mixed it in multi-blend juice along with vitamin D and zinc and your respiratory supplement, elderberry or others. These were an invaluable resource for me

I’ve been taking the Liquid morning multi-vitamins for four months and was surprised at how much better I felt getting all those extra vitamins and minerals I needed. I noticed that my hair started growing back around my hairline and is much fuller, but the biggest difference is my dark hair returned and now I'm good 50% less grey which was so awesome! After a month of using two tablespoons every morning, I also stopped using my reading glasses, which was a huge surprise because I've used them ever since I turned forty! I also have better mental focus and more energy. I swear by these vitamins and highly recommend Mary Ruth products.

I am so glad I tried liquid morning multivitamin. I take it every morning with my breakfast. My day wouldn’t be complete without it. I feel great knowing I’m getting all of my vitamins and I have more energy also. I won’t be without it from here on out!!

I did a bit of research before I actually bought these - read the ingredient list thoroughly, etc. When I got them, I was a bit hesitant to take the full dose, as most vitamins at full dosage will upset my stomach something fierce. But, I jumped in with both feet, so to speak, & have been taking the full dose since day 1 & have had no upset stomach. I always feel so much better when I'm taking a good multi-vitamin, mineral & anti-oxidant supplement & this one is fantastic. I only wish I could afford the probiotics & night time minerals!!!

I’ve been taking the liquid morning multivitamin for a little over a month now and can’t imagine going without now. I like that it is a liquid as it absorbs better and the taste is actually really good. The best part is I no longer have an afternoon “crash” - I have sustained energy throughout the whole day. Highly recommend!

I stopped taking this multi-vitamim due ti the cost, and switched back to an old brand. I was having acid reflux within 3 days. I quickly bought this multi-vitamin again, and have been taking it ever since! It's a great, and easy to digest multivitamin.

I love what you are about but my family has a hard time with the taste of the raspberry liquid vitamin. My kids won’t come near when I pull it out after the first try and I have difficulty as well but know it’s good for me and pricey so I keep doing it. Love the elderberry, vit d, probiotics and kids gummies tho!

I purchased because my anxiety had come back really strong after a few years of not having it. The first day I used them I felt the difference. It calmed me down From feeling tense and jittery and exhausted. My face had also gotten welts on my eyes (which is a sign of adrenal fatigue) and they went away in two days. The bonus for me was that it also helped me with my concentration as well. My anxiety grew even more as my to-do list piled up on me from not feeling well. All this to say, I LOVE them and will continue to use regularly. Really recommend them!
