I would just like to say WOW! I bought these to have something clean ingredient that I could give myself and my 3 year old daughter. I can definitely notice a difference when I haven’t taken them! Typically with vitamins in pill form I’ll take them for a day or two and then forget. Mainly I think I “forget” because I absolutely gag when I have to swallow pills, and just despise the thought of them. They also make me feel very nauseous. To the point I’ll get body sweats and need to lay down. The morning multi has changed my life. I don’t mind taking it at all. In fact I like taking it…I think the consistency and color are very pleasing. The taste is lightly flavored, I got Raspberry, with a mild vitamin taste. Nothing bad at all. I look forward to keeping my health strong with the help of Mary Ruth’s as I head into my 40’s

Like the taste and consistency. Have used it just a week. Hope it helps with energy. I'm 77 and healthy. I take no prescription pills. I'm taking the nighttime minerals and haven't noticed much improvement in my sleep. Still wondering what I lack that causes me to sleep only 4-5 hours and then wake up. I ordered the adrenal drops and have just started that.

I've tried many other multivitamins, but never actually felt energized or saw any physical results. With this liquid multivitamin, I have more energy and my skin looks so much more clear and radiant. I've been slightly anemic these past few years, and after 2 months of taking this product my bloodwork showed my red blood cells and hemoglobin increased and my folate and vit B12 are on the higher end of the reference range (folate and B12 are needed for red blood cell production, so it makes sense these areas would all elevate). I was surprised because I really don't eat as much as I should, but I also didn't expect to see my labs improve. Again, I've tried other multivitamins and my labs didn't really change, nor did I feel much different after consistently taking them. I was not expecting it to be as effective as it is, but this product stayed true to its claims. I would highly recommend anyone interested in it to give it a try!

After using the first bottle I noticed a difference in my hair and have been a repeat customer month after month. It’s something I can’t keep to myself so I’m always recommending it!! I did notice I had more energy. I didn't realize I wasn't buying a month supply - was buying the 15 dosage which I found strange that a half month option is offered, usually when you buy a vitamin you're thinking it's a month supply. It was expensive already and to buy the 30 day dosage just isn't a sustainable amount to pay each month. Maybe I would have noticed a more dramatic change had I been able to afford it long term. But I also understand having good health can be expensive.

These are the best vitamins I’ve ever taken and I have tried a lot of different brands. I add the liquid vitamin into my smoothie each morning and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my energy levels. I don’t get my typical afternoon lull anymore. I will only buy this brand going forward.
