After using first step vitamins for years they changed their formula and it made me start the search for a replacement vitamin. Came upon Mary Ruth vitamins and i am very pleased to have found them.....great vitamin formula....with none of the added garbage most have in them. I have been on them almost three weeks and am very pleased....will be repurchasing.

I didn't realize what this was doing for me until I stopped taking it. I have issues with hair loss and nails breaking due to hormonal imbalances and hypothyroidism. With these vitamins my nails became so strong they were no longer breaking. I also noted feeling more energy, and for the hair help the verdict is still out but I will circle back with findings. I recommend this product and bought some for my mom too!

I noticed the first day after taking it. But I didn’t feel as tired as I usually would have. I felt more weight and had more energy to get things down. Normally, I would always feel so tired and exhausted and all I want to do was just lay in bed. But after taking Mary Ruth, even though it’s only been a week, I’ve been taking it I am feeling much more weight or more energy and that I like. ☺️

I have been taking the daytime liquid multivitamin for the past four months and I have noticed it has helped me. I have an IBD and have difficulty with eating a healthy balanced diet due to GI symptoms. It’s easy to digest and has not caused any issues for me. I have to take it 30 minutes after my first meal when I am not full. I add it to a very small glass with a little water for better consistency. I keep it in the fridge while I’m eating breakfast. And then slowly sip it. Very happy with the product and grateful I finally started it in the new year. Looking forward to trying the liquid B complex that is to be offered soon since the day time multivitamin has not enough of the B vitamins like thiamine and riboflavin for my needs.

I recently bought this because EVERYONE raves about how delicious it is & how well it works. I’ve had it a few days now & for some reason every time I take it I get incredibly nauseous. I tried cutting the typical dose in half & I am still nauseous. The taste isn’t that great either. I was expecting it to taste a bit better. I ended up catching a cold too which is sad because I thought this would help me not get sick but nothing is guaranteed. My son LOVES it though. He prefers this over his gummies. He enjoys the taste & doesn’t get nauseous like myself. I will continue to use it because it has great ingredients (minus the the gum ingredient) & there’s a decent amount of vitamins in this compared to others.

This stuff is great. It's easy to remember to take in the morning. I take mine with breakfast and the Mary Ruth's probiotic. It tastes decent as well! My only complaint is that it HAS to be refrigerated. That's kind of a bummer if you need to travel or take a weekend. It's hard to take a huge bottle with you to go anywhere these days.

I love it, wasn't a fan of the taste but the benefits were awesome. I have more energy, my nails grow alot faster. It helped me to working out again, and even started running and I'm no runner..that's how much energy it gives me. Especially since I'm tired most of the time because my girl isn't the best sleeper

So I am on the fence about this, I like that it’s not another pill to take. Multivitamin could never be taken on an empty stomach or you get vitamin burps for hours. I would end up forgetting because I had to eat first to not upset my stomach. Liquid vitamin is easy on the stomach. I believe I am on the 4th or 5th bottle so far, I just realized lately I wasn’t taking enough, 1 TBSP instead of 2! This last bottle however is extra sweet, it kinda reminds me of taking cough syrup which I don’t like. I have always thought they ran on the sweet side, but this last bottle is very sweet. It makes me a little leery having something so sweet first thing in the morning, even though it’s sugar free, will my body still think it’s sugar? I wish they weren’t sooo sweet. I feel the same about the liquid IRON by Mary Ruth and the hair liposomal, that was like drinking Carmel syrup. I try to stay away from sugar- so maybe this is why it taste “extra” to me, I don’t know.

I love these liquid vitamins! I notice a huge difference if I miss a dose and don’t take them. I recently had surgery and had to go off of them one week prior and one week after. I could not wait to get them back in my system. Ps- my nails grow like crazy on these vitamins
