I have been buying, using, researching liquid vitamins for over 30 years. Finding Mary Ruth's liquid morning vitamin has been absolutely GREAT. It tastes wonderful and I can feel the difference if I miss a few days. This is how vitamins are supposed to be. I wake up in the morning ready to go and have energy through out the day. I am approaching 60 years of age but have not intention of slowing down. Thank you for producing such a great product.

I have tried a bottle for a month, and I can see significant difference on my overall health: better focus, better skin/hair/nail, and with pumping energy throughout the day. The best part is you can take it on empty stomach. It has flavors, and easy to swallow since it is liquid. This will be my only brand for my supplements going forward! Highly recommended!

I just started my Mary Ruth's morning vitamins a little over a week ago and wow. What a difference. I'm not very big on the texture (I'm sensitive to textures as it is.) But they taste good and it mixes very well with fluids and smoothies. I have noticed a difference in my body. I have more energy, and just over all my body is feeling better. It's super gentle on my stomach. I really enjoy this product and I can't wait for my other products to arrive in the mail. I will definitely be a long time customer.

The Flavors are good. I love the liquid availability. Cost is far too high for continual use I like the sleep magnesium one. I Would love to try the hair one though that's Far above affordability Good product as much as I could experience. It requires Regular use which for this customer, isn't attainable..

I have been trying this product for about a month or so and I have noticed a few things. I have much more energy now. I usually take it after breakfast and if I get a little tired mid day, I realize I haven’t drank my vitamin yet. I also do notice a lot more baby hairs sprouting out. I’m excited to see what happens on my continued journey.

I don’t have rave reviews, but I also don’t have complaints. I haven’t noticed any differences since I’ve been taking it, but I’m sure my body is benefiting from the supplements. Based on reviews from other mothers about having more energy, I was really hoping for that, so based on the reviews I read, I guess I’m a bit disappointed as I would love to not be so sluggish with my kids all day. The taste is fine, not great, but it’s just a small amount that goes down quickly so it’s ok.

I tried these because of the great reviews. I have tried many liquid vitamins and have been disappointed. When I first tried this i was waiting for the body shake of nastiness, (lol) but it was very tasty. It is very very light raspberry flavor. I would say it taste light a watered down raspberry flavor. It is very good, but not a strong flavor. I am able to take this everyday with no issue or dread.

We appreciate the care taken by smaller businesses and it is no different with Mary Ruth's Morning Liquid Multivitamins. We love the fact that she follows the law and does not put Folic Acid within her vitamins but instead does use Folate. Thank you!!!

I started taking this at the end of my pregnancy and now take it while nursing. I like that it gives me so much energy. It's a liquid so the nutrients absorb better than a capsule or tablet. The only downside is it comes out plastic but I've been told they're working on that.

I have been using the liquid vitamin for almost a month and I am still waiting to see if it will make a big difference in my health and overall energy. I want to try it for another month to see if I start to see some results. The taste of the vitamin is good and the best part is no pills to swallow. That's the best part for me! I would love to see if I get some improvement in my energy levels though so I'm still holding out hope. Should I be seeing these results already? I'm not sure.
