This daytime liquid vitamin may help someone else, but not for me. I tried it for 14 days and felt sick to my stomach the majority of those 14 days. I started with a low dose too. I didn’t feel any benefits from it as I had to stop taking it unfortunately.

I purchased the liquid vitamin a couple of times and this batch bottle taste is different from previous ones. Its like some ayurvedic tonic like taste. i understand the small batch processing gives slight different taste each time but this time its much more different.

I have been taking this multivitamin for 6 months now and I really enjoy the taste compared to most liquid vitamins. I also feel more energetic since taking the vitamin. I originally bought this to help with my immune system during the fall and winter seasons and felt it helped a bit!

I have tried every multivitamin you can imagine over the years but this one is the absolute best! I’m into my third week taking it and I can absolutely tell a difference. More energy and less brain fog. And I don’t have to swallow huge pills. Can’t say enough about it. Try it and you will love it!

Glad you asked. I wil be calling customer service. I've been using rbis product for a year now but this last order was terrible, its still in my refrigerator. I work 3 jobs havent had the time to call. It taste like Geritol. I think it was too old. Left BAD taste in my mouth anda upset stomach after 3days, couldn't stomach it. Not good. Can someone from your Support team reach out to resolve this oroblem. Please. I REALLY like this product. Thanks

I can’t stop buying all the Maryruths products. They really work. The only vitamins that won’t upset my tummy. I’m 35 and choose not to take vitamins for this very reason. Since finding Mary Ruth’s I can’t stop. I feel better all around. The liquid morning is a must... it’s how we start our day. I add the b-12 and probiotics along with the elderberry in one small shot. I don’t feel a difference at all. It tastes like cough syrup. I think the Essentials+ has better affect, but I still won’t be repurchasing. It’s still setting in my fridge, I’m contemplating on dumping it down the sink yet I cringe at that because of the cost. I’m going back to my drugstore capsules.

After losing a significant amount of hair due to stress, I purchased these liquid multivitamins at the suggestion of a friend, who has experienced the same issue. They were highly recommended to her by her doctor. She has seen great improvement! It’s too soon to tell, for me, but I don’t mind the flavor, and I much prefer this to swallowing a big ol’ horse pill. So far, so good :)

Better vitamin than most I've tried so far. I really like the liquid version as swallowing pills has become difficult for me. I'm only halfway through my first bottle and I feel slightly more energy than before and just better. The only reason I give it 4 stars is the taste. Not really a fan.

What would you think would happen if you put a vitamin pill or capsule in a potted plant? How long would it take for the plant to break the pill down receive the nutrients?
