I recently order morning multivitamins for my 8 year old son. Absolutely love this product ! I love that it’s a liquid because sometimes taking capsules can upset the stomach. I’ve taken this on an empty stomach and have been fine. First, I absolutely love that I can just buy ONE vitamin for my entire family of five. It's so simple and the price is worth it, quality of vitamins is amazing. Even my three year old tolerates the taste, it does have a "vitaminy" taste to it but that's to be expected. Again, my kids still take it happily every day bc the added flavor helps so much. I feel so happy I'm helping my family become healthier little by little. 🤍

I started taking this to better my overall health and a wonderful and unexpected outcome has been a big reduction in my adult acne! My skin and hair love me for taking this multi and I feel better/ more energetic than I have in a long time üíó the only "down side" is that the texture of it isn't great but mixing it in a little juice helps.

I knew from the minute I took the first spoonful of the Liquid Morning Multivitamin that my body loved it. I've previously always felt a little nauseous and repulsed by my multivitamins but this one goes down very easily. I love that you can take it either with food or on an empty stomach. A bit too early to give a substantial review as I just started taking it. However, the taste is very good and non-offensive. Shaking is most definitely required and the texture is more ‘syrupy’. Remember to keep In refrigerator after opening. I don’t have the immediate ‘more energy’ reaction as the testimonials from ‘health bloggers’ are claiming. Not the case for me.
