This did not work for me as I hoped. I did not feel any energy in the morning after taking my daily dose nor were there any noticeable changes in my hair or nails (beauty). This was my first time purchasing a Mary Ruth’s product, decided to start with the morning multivitamin based on it being an original item of hers. I was hoping for overall well-being and energy, not solely buying for the beauty benefits, although that would have been wonderful as well. Not sure why this didn’t work for me. I’m disappointed as not only did this not work, it was costly.

This is a very well-formulated multivitamin with medium-potency levels of most vitamins. I love that it's a little higher than low potency options (more than 100% for most vitamins), but not the insanely high levels present in higher potency options. I love the liquid format as it is better absorbed. An intriguing find, I will be reordering!

We have enjoyed the morning time liquid multivitamins and liquid nighttime multiminerals. We didn’t even know we needed this supplement but it has been a welcomed change in our home. The multivitamin truly lends itself to give great nutrition throughout the day. I honestly have to say I have been very impressed with the effects of taking the multi-vitamin in the morning and finishing my day with these multi minerals at night as well. It actually does support a great night’s sleep too! It makes for a more energized day for this mama of two busy boy toddlers. If you're a mom of littles -- give it a try. You won't regret! The taste is actually fantastic too; we chose raspberry! (My kids ask for it!)

I was introduced to Mary Ruth several months ago and was very interested in the products. I stopped using a multivitamin because I just did not feel like I was benefiting. As a vegan I wanted to find something different. I tried Mary Ruth's multi and now it has become my daily staple! It is by far the best I have ever taken. I feel very good taking it each morning and plan to continue!

I was amazed at how quickly I received the product even after making a slight error with my address for shipping. I was a little hesitant to purchase liquid vitamins this way but our local supplier no longer handled liquid vitamins. I also worried about the taste. My daughter has had significant reconstructive oral surgery and is not able to tolerate pills. I had a hard time finding a liquid vitamin she liked and then it was gone. But, thankfully I found Mary Ruth's. The raspberry flavor mixes well with orange juice and i have no problems getting my daughter to drink it. Can't say she loves it but she doesn't hate it.

I have been using these vitamins for years and these are the only vitamins to ever work for me. Since TikTok posted it, they are out of stock because people are buying like crazy. I’m happy for Mary Ruth but I’m not using these vitamins for pretty hair and nails. I actually need these vitamins amongst many others for multiple health reasons. When will these be restocked so I can purchase them?

I have been taking these vitamins for a few years now, and they have literally changed my life. I was so deficient before I found these. I suffered from auto immune issues. Brain fog, lethargy, chronic fatigue. It was almost impossible to get out of bed. It took some time for me to start feeling better.. but these vitamins have literally changed my life. I panic when I run low. I know I said that twice, but it’s true. Most days I get out of bed feeling pretty good now. I can work all day, work out, and have energy to take my daughter to do things that I just couldn’t do before. I say try them! They can change your life too!

I can't say how any of the products make you feel because I'm giving them to my nonverbal 4 year old. But i can say that a normally very picky child has not refused any of it in his normal drinks so that is sayinh something! He takes the liquid vitamin, bedtime liquid minerals, prebiotic, and probiotic. I can tell thr prebiotoc is working by his bowel movements. Will definitely buy more!

I was taking so many vitamins & supplements (12 pills a day) and I was over it. A friend recommended the Mary Ruth liquid morning multivitamin and I love it!! It mixes well in a little bit of orange juice and gives me a great boost. I would highly recommend this product!!

We love this liquid vitamin. The first few times we took the recommended dose it was practically a religious ‘experience’. Energy and intense enlightenment followed.
