I’ve been hearing about vitamins for a minute now and finally decided to try. What I didn’t expect was for me to love them just as much!! It’s been amazing to give to myself and my kids in the morning. How awesome is that? I trust it for myself and my kids? ♥️

I want to first start off by saying that I really do believe you guys are doing something great! However, I purchased two of the Multivitamin and I was hoping to love it. I have noticed that I get a migraine and do not when I skip out. I am not sure what is causing this but unfortunately I had to stop taking this.

This daytime liquid vitamin may help someone else, but not for me. I tried it for 14 days and felt sick to my stomach the majority of those 14 days. I started with a low dose too. I didn’t feel any benefits from it as I had to stop taking it unfortunately.

We have enjoyed the morning time liquid multivitamins and liquid nighttime multiminerals. We didn’t even know we needed this supplement but it has been a welcomed change in our home. The multivitamin truly lends itself to give great nutrition throughout the day. I honestly have to say I have been very impressed with the effects of taking the multi-vitamin in the morning and finishing my day with these multi minerals at night as well. It actually does support a great night’s sleep too! It makes for a more energized day for this mama of two busy boy toddlers. If you're a mom of littles -- give it a try. You won't regret! The taste is actually fantastic too; we chose raspberry! (My kids ask for it!)

As a mom, I felt super tired and drained all the time!! I bought this multivitamin because I saw so many great reviews about it so I HAD to check it out! Well after 3 weeks I completely stopped feeling tired. I had so much energy, I started wanting to do extra things. Which were always on my mind to do but since I felt tired I wouldn't. I started making my kids breakfast by making them into animal faces, I started baking desserts every other day for my family... those are just small examples of my having more energy do "EXTRA" stuff. I tried these because of the great reviews. I have tried many liquid vitamins and have been disappointed. When I first tried this i was waiting for the body shake of nastiness, (lol) but it was very tasty. It is very very light raspberry flavor. I would say it taste light a watered down raspberry flavor. It is very good, but not a strong flavor. I am able to take this everyday with no issue or dread.

I can’t stop buying all the Maryruths products. They really work. The only vitamins that won’t upset my tummy. I’m 35 and choose not to take vitamins for this very reason. Since finding Mary Ruth’s I can’t stop. I feel better all around. The liquid morning is a must... it’s how we start our day. I add the b-12 and probiotics along with the elderberry in one small shot.
